4.1 Stable Supply 4.2 Access, Monitoring, and Elimination

To guarantee continuous and stable supply, we implemented a supplier risk grading and evaluationmechanism to assess supplier risks and the potential for substitution across ve criteria, including nancial,quality, business, competition, and social responsibility, categorizing each into four distinct levels. Weconducted regular verifications of supplier qualifications, risk analyses, and analyses of market supply-demand dynamics to gauge rating adaptability. We require suppliers that fail assessments to rectify withina limited time. emission data were rened. Guided by the principle of importance, the base data scope mentioned above encompasses six key R&D andproduction bases: Yuhuan, Hangzhou, Shaoxing (Yuecheng District and Keqiao District), Wuhan, and Vietnam; The calculation methods arebased on the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) issued by the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Business Council forSustainable Development (WBCSD);

2. Scope 1 greenhouse gases include emissions from the combustion of natural gas, gasoline, diesel, liqueed petroleum gas and liqueed

natural gas, plus emissions from leaks of refrigerants, septic tanks, and carbon dioxide re extinguishers. Emission factors are derived fromthe Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting and Reporting in Mining, Land Transportation, and Other Industrial Enterprises(Trial) and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Sixth Assessment Report (AR6); Scope 2 greenhouse gases account foremissions from purchased electricity, with emission factors based on the Guidelines for Corporate Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting andReporting for Power Facilities (Revised in 2022).
