Stakeholder CommunicationMaterial Issues Analysis

Estun places great importance on communication with its stakeholders. Based on its daily operations, managementpractices, material issue categories, and various influencing factors, the Company identifies and prioritizes internal andexternal stakeholders with significant impact. Through diverse communication channels, it actively engages to understandstakeholder expectations and concerns, and responds in a timely and proactive manner to achieve mutual benefit andharmonious development with all parties.

Effectively identifying and managing material issues is fundamental to advancing a company’s sustainable developmentstrategy, risk and opportunity management, and information disclosure. In 2024, Estun conducted a double materialityassessment to accurately identify and evaluate the Company’s key sustainability issues. The assessment engagedstakeholders across various groups and was guided by multiple sustainability disclosure standards, including theGRIStandards, theShenzhen Stock Exchange Guidelines No. 17 on Self-Regulation for Listed Companies — SustainabilityReporting (Trial), theShenzhen Stock Exchange Guidelines No. 3 on the Preparation of Sustainability Reports, theIFRS S1— General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information, and theEuropean SustainabilityReporting Standards (ESRS). The assessment considered two dimensions: Impact Materiality—the significance of anissue’s impact on economic, environmental, and social sustainability; and Financial Materiality—the extent to which anissue may affect the Company’s financial performance. Based on the results, Estun identified its material issues andhas prioritized their disclosure and response within this report. The Company will continue to refine its sustainabilitymanagement practices to better address stakeholder expectations and concerns.

Based on an analysis of internal and external development trends, and with reference tomacroeconomic policies in the Company’s areas of operation as well as industry-specific policiesand standards, Estun developed a list of sustainability issues and identified 24 material issues, including both general and industry-specific issues.① The identification process was guided by the following considerations:

The reporting framework outlined in theShenzhen Stock Exchange Guideline No.17 on Self-Regulation for Listed Companies — Sustainability Reporting (Trial)served as the primaryreference, supplemented by other authoritative domestic and international sustainabilityreporting standards, including theIFRS S1 – General Requirements for Disclosure ofSustainability-related Financial Information and

the GRI Standards.②Mainstream domestic and international ESG rating systems and sustainability issues prioritizedby industry peers.

③Issues of common concern to both internal and external stakeholders, identified withconsideration of industry characteristics, stage of industry development, business model, andposition within the value chain, as part of the assessment of financial materiality and impactmateriality.④Insights from experts and other relevant sources. In line with the principle of dual materiality, the Company conducted both impact materiality andfinancial materiality assessments. This process resulted in the 2024 materiality matrix, whichhighlights our most significant ESG issues and their prioritization for the year. The relevantstakeholders engaged in the process include Board members, supervisors, senior executives, employees, customers, suppliers, investors, regulatory authorities, media, and the public.Impact Materiality:The assessment began with the definition of evaluation factors and scoringintervals for impact materiality. Stakeholders assessed each ESG issue based on both its potentialpositive and negative impacts, considering dimensions such as the scale, scope, irremediability, andlikelihood of those impacts. Based on the survey results, the impact materiality of each topic wasdetermined. The findings were then reviewed and validated by the Company’s ESG Committee andexternal sustainability experts to ensure objectivity and accuracy.Financial Materiality:The assessment began with the definition of financial materiality evaluationfactors and threshold values. Each issue was evaluated based on whether the risks or opportunitiesit presents are expected to have a significant impact on the Company’s business model, operations, development strategy, financial condition, operating results, cash flow, or financing structure and costover the short, medium, or long term. The findings were subsequently reviewed and validated by theCompany’s ESG Committee and external sustainability experts to ensure objectivity and accuracy.Based on the assessment results, a materiality matrix was developed using two dimensions:

impact materiality and financial materiality. The prioritization of sustainability issues was finalizedfollowing a comprehensive review and validation by the Company’s ESG Committee and externalsustainability experts. For each material issue, this report discloses key information regarding itsgovernance, strategy and management approach, associated impacts, risks and opportunities, aswell as relevant indicators and targets.
