Over the past year, the international landscape has remained complex,with the global energy sector undergoing rapid transformation. Amidincreasingly ?erce competition within the photovoltaic (PV) industry,EGING PV has faced signi?cant challenges. Building on its commitment as a member ofthe United Nations Global Compact, EGING PV actively aligns with theglobal sustainable development agenda by embedding ESG managementsystems into the core of its corporate governance. Through the establish-ment of the Board Strategic Development and ESG Committee, we havecreated a comprehensive management framework that spans strategicplanning, execution, and dynamic evaluation—ensuring that ESGobjectives are closely integrated with business development.

As a state-level greensupply chain management enterprise, we actively promote social compli-ance audits among our suppliers and work to build a transparent,low-carbon industrial ecosystem. Corporate Culture
EGING Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EGING PV" ), listed under stock code SH600537, is a leading PV enterprise specializ-ing in the R&D, production, and sales of solar cells and modules. The company also has extensive experience in the construction and operation of PVpower stations. EGING PV operates two production bases, covering a total land area of over 2,500 mu: one in Changzhou, Jiangsu, covering more than1,500 mu, and the other in Chuzhou, Anhui, covering over 1,000 mu. By the end of 2024, EGING PV will employ more than 1,500 employees.As a hi-tech enterprise, EGING PV is home to some advanced R&D platforms, such as the "International Science and Technology Cooperation Base"authorized by the International Science and Technology Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "PostdoctoralResearch Workstation" , and the "Jiangsu PV Engineering Research Institute" . Our solar module laboratory has been accredited by the China NationalAccreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and is also a TDAP laboratory of Prufstelle Testing and Certi?cation Institute (VDE).The Company has been honored with titles such as "PVBL 2024 Top 20 PV Module Brands" and "Top 100 Global PV Brands" and has been selected intothe lists of "Jiangsu Province Quality Credit AAA Grade Enterprises" and "Five-star Cloud Enterprises". In 2024, EGING PV o?cially signed up to become a member of the UNGC. As one of the largestglobal initiatives for sustainable development, the UNGC has over tens of thousands of enter-prise participants from more than 170 countries. The ten principles advocated by the UNGCcover key areas such as human rights, labor rights, environmental protection, and anti-corrup-tion. By joining the UNGC, EGING PV has taken an important step on the global stage of sustain-able development.In the future, EGING PV will, based on UNGC principles, further optimize its strategic planning,work with global partners to promote the achievement of sustainable development goals andcontribute to the global sustainable energy cause.
In 2024, EGING PV stood out in EcoVadis rating and won the Silver Medal, ranking in the top12% of more than 140,000 rated enterprises across more than 220 industries globally. The Eco-Vadis rating is based on international standards such as the ISO 26000 Guidance on SocialResponsibility and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and conducts a comprehensive andin-depth assessment of enterprises across four core dimensions: environmental protection,labor & human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement.This Silver Medal signi?es a high-level recognition for EGING PV's sustainable developmentpractices and serves as an incentive for the Company to continuously improve its ESG perfor-mance in the future.

In 2024, EGING PV was successfully included in the 2024 “Green Supply Chain Management Enterprises” listpublished by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China. The selection of the listaims to encourage enterprises to build green supply chains to achieve the green development throughoutthe entire life cycle from raw material procurement, production and manufacturing, product sales, to recy-cling and utilization.In the future, the Company will take this opportunity to continue intensifying the innovation and investmente?orts in green supply chain management, constantly improving the green supply chain managementsystem and standards, playing a more active role in demonstrating and guiding the industry and workingwith more partners to promote the widespread application and in-depth development of green supply chainsin the PV industry.
In 2024, EGING PV successively obtained many product certi?cates such as “Green Product” Certi?cate,“Green Building Materials” Certi?cate, “Product Carbon Footprint” Certi?cate and “Environmental ProductDeclaration (EPD)”. These certi?cations represent the authoritative recognition of the products in terms ofenvironmental protection performance, resource utilization e?ciency, and carbon emission reduction.These certi?cations show that EGING PV satis?es the resource-saving and environmental-friendly require-ments in the entire life cycle of products, which not only improves the market competitiveness of the prod-ucts, but also promotes the green upgrading of the product mix, empowering the Company to occupy a morefavorable position in the green energy market.

Building a green supply chain: The Company integrated green concepts into all aspects
of supply chain management and carried out green control in the whole process from rawmaterial procurement and production as well as manufacturing to waste treatment.Multiple system certi?cations: The Company has passed multiple system certi?cations,including ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Manage-ment System and obtained many product certi?cates such as “Green Product” Certi?cate,“Product Green Level Green Leading Three-Star” Certi?cate, “Green Building Materials”Certi?cate, and “Product Carbon Footprint” Certi?cate.
Establishing an environmental management system: To achieve the goal of reach-ing peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality, the Company established a compre-hensive environmental management system and took various measures to reducegreenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.Forging “zero-carbon factories”: The Company obtained the ?rst “Zero CarbonFactory” Certi?cate in the PV industry issued by the China Quality Certi?cation Centerand achieved emission reduction by using renewable energy and implementing energyconservation measures.
Indirect protection actions: The Company contributed indirectly to the protection ofliving environment of underwater organism by the actions such as reducing carbonemissions to protect water resources. Materiality Issues EvaluationIn order to deeply explore the core expectations and demands of stakeholders and improve the pertinence and materiality of ESG report of EGING PV, the Company systematically carried out the four-stage work of “Issues Identi-?cation - Issues Research ? Issue Analysis - Issue Screening”:
In the process of streamlining the business processes and value chain, the Company conducted awhole-process review of ESG risks and opportunities across the full value chain, from cell productionand module enveloping to sales and after-sales services, including the sustainability of the supplychain in the upstream procurement, energy consumption and carbon emissions in the productionprocess, and product compliance and customer privacy protection in downstream sales services.Based on the 21 issues set out in the Guidelines No. 14 of Shanghai Stock Exchange for Self-Regula-tion of Listed Companies—Sustainability Report (Trial) and in combination with the characteristicsand development stage of the industry, its own business models, and the value chain, the Companyidenti?ed issues of ?nancial materiality or impact materiality and developed a preliminary issue list.

The Company created and distributed the 2024 ESG Materiality Issues Questionnaire to eight dimen-sions of stakeholders, including governments and regulators, shareholders and investors, customers,employees, suppliers and partners, communities, media, and others;The Company conducted communication and interviews with 16 important functional departments,such as the Securities Department, the Marketing and Brand Department, the Information Manage-ment Department, the Procurement Department, the System Certi?cation Department, the QualityControl Department, the Safety and Environment Department, and the PV Institute.

Impact materiality analysis: evaluating economic, social, and environ-mental impacts of each issue around several key dimensions, such asscale of impact, scope of impact, irreversibility, likelihood of occur-rence, and long-term trends;Financial materiality analysis: analyzing the potential impact of eachissue on company ?nance, including impacts on revenues, costs, prof-its, cash ?ows, ?nancing costs, etc.
In combination with the evaluation results of the two dimensions, cov-ering impact materiality and ?nancial materiality, the Company rankedthe issues in a comprehensive manner to determine the issues thathad dual material impacts on the Company;

EGING PV has obtained the product carbon footprintcerti?cate issued by T?V Rheinland. Product carbonfootprint refers to the total carbon emissions of a prod-uct or service throughout its full lifecycle. In each stageof the product lifecycle, the use of a large amount ofenergy and the generation of pollutants and the emis-sion of GHGs are involved. Therefore, the Companyshould examine the impact on the environment at eachstage from a perspective of product full lifecycle, andseize the opportunities for low-carbon emission reduc-tion in product design, production, and supply, etc. T?VRheinland has performed carbon footprint veri?cationon EGING PV’s six crystalline silicon PV module productsfor various stages of the product lifecycle - “from cradleto gate”.

Each production and administrative departments of theCompany should strictly implement the electricity manage-ment system formulated by the Company. It includes turningo? lights when people leave to eliminate unnecessary light-ing; reducing the electrical load of air conditioners, advocat-ing to reduce the use of air conditioning in o?ces by onehour, setting the temperature no lower than 26℃ in summer,and turning o? the air conditioning when no one is in theo?ce. When the air conditioner is in operation, doors andwindows should be kept tightly closed except for necessaryventilation. In areas where fans are used, the phenomenon of“unattended fans” should be eliminated; adopt high-e?cien-cy electric motors, gradually phase out high energy-consum-ing equipment, and promote the use of low energy-consum-ing facilities; actively develop new types of high-e?ciencymodules, enhance production e?ciency, increase yield rates,and reduce energy consumption per unit of product; andconduct operational control and adjustments in accordancewith the standards speci?ed in the Regulations for the PVManufacturing Industry ( 2021 Edition).

EGING PV has actively implemented various regulations on water resources management issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department ofWater Resources and listed the water conservation as a key task under the vigorous support and guidance at the provincial, munici-pal and district levels; and reduce the consumption of water resources by strengthening management, taking water-saving mea-sures, and implementing water-saving renovation.
In terms of daily management, EGING PV has formulated a raft of management rules andregulations on energy and water conservation, which clearly stipulate the management,maintenance and inspection of water supply facilities, equipment, and instruments. Case“Wastewater Recycling” water-saving project
EGING PV built a recycling water tank to recycle the concentrated water generated in the pure water production process. Therecycled water would be used for toilets and the cooling tower, realizing the recycling of water resources and improving theutilization rate of water resources of the Company. By implementing this water-saving project, the Company expects to saveapproximately 600 tons of water per day, with an annual water savings of about 210,000 tons. Waste Discharge Management
Wastewater managementWastewater mainly includes production wastewaterand domestic sewage.To e?ectively monitor the wastewater discharge, theCompany has installed water quality monitoringequipment at each wastewater generation point andthe main discharge outlet to continuously monitor keyindicators such as the ?ow rate, pH value, chemicaloxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen, and ?uo-ride levels of the wastewater. Additionally, the Compa-ny regularly entrusted the third-party professional test-ing institutions to conduct comprehensive inspectionsto ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.The wastewater after treatment is discharged into theSecond Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jintan Districtor the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Develop-ment Zone of Quanjiao County.
Waste gas management
Waste gas mainly includes low-concentrationparticulate matters, non-methane hydrocar-bons, volatile organic compounds, and so on.The Company uses an online monitoring systemto monitor the concentration and emission rateof pollutants in waste gas, including particulatematters, sulfur dioxides, nitrogen oxides, ?uo-rides, and volatile organic compounds (such asnon-methane hydrocarbons) in real time for 24hours. In addition, the Company has carries outregular manual monitoring to ensure the integri-ty of the monitoring data.After being treated through the alkaline liquidspray absorption tower/?lters/ activated carbonadsorption devices, the waste gas is dischargedinto the atmosphere via a tall exhaust stack.

General industrial solid wastes include slud-ges, waste air conditioning ?lter cottons,silane dusts, non-woven press ?lter cloths,as well as domestic wastes.The Company conducts statistics and moni-toring on the generation and disposal ofsolid wastes to ensure its proper disposal.The Company has entrusted the quali?edenvironmental protection companies, suchas Changzhou Ranton Environmental Protec-tion Technology Co., Ltd. and YangzhouChenxuan Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd., to dispose the general industrial solidwastes, and entrusted local sanitationservice companies to dispose the domesticwastes.
Noise management
Noises mainly come from the operation ofproduction equipment.The Company regularly monitors the noiselevels at the factory boundary. For example,from May to June 2024, the Companyentrusted Zhongke ASM (Jiangsu) Inspectionand Testing Co., Ltd. to conduct noise test-ing. The test results showed that the daytimenoise level at the eastern boundary of thefactory was around 51 dB(A), while the night-time noise level was around 46 dB(A).Through measures such as equipment main-tenance, layout optimization, and soundinsulation, the Company has ensured thatnoise emissions at the factory boundary metthe required standards.

Green productsrefer to high-quality products that meet the envi-ronmental protection requirements in the wholelife cycle, do no harm or little harm to the ecologi-cal environment and human health, and consumeless resources and energy.
Green product certi?cation
The Company has been awarded the GreenBuilding Materials Product Certi?cation Cer-ti?cate by CQC. Green building materials,also known as ecological building materialsand eco-friendly building materials, refer tonon-toxic, non-hazardous, non-radioactivebuilding materials conducive to environmen-tal protection and human health. The pro-duction of green building materials usingclean technology could reduce the con-sumption of natural resources and energyand consume a lot of industrial or urbansolid wastes.These certi?cates including EPD, “Green Product” and “Green BuildingMaterials” certi?cates serve as a testament to the high reliability, lowattenuation, and low energy consumption of its products. Lookingforward, the Company will continue to actively carry out green buildingprojects and contribute to the achievement of the goals of carbon peak-ing and carbon neutrality.
Green building materials certi?cation
Scrapped PV panels generated at the end of thelife of PV products contain heavy metals such aslead and tin. If they are not disposed of properly,serious environmental pollution problems maybe produced. Other materials such as copper,silver, silicon can be reused in the production ofPV products, thereby saving rare resources, andpromoting the economic value circulation. TheCompany has signed an agreement with theEuropean PV Cycle Agency. PV modules at theend of the product life will be professionally han-dled by hundreds of branches in Europe to pro-vide customers with comprehensive collectionand recycling services. The agreement coverscountries including Italy, France, Germany, andthe United Kingdom, Poland, and Spain, etc. Inthe future, the Company will continue to expandthe service scope to achieve resource recyclingdevelopment.Established in July 2007 and headquartered inBrussels, Belgium, PV Cycle is an association ded-icated to the recycling and reuse of the scrappedPV products in Europe. Since its inception, theassociation has grown rapidly and garnered sup-port and attention of numerous PV industrygiants both at home and abroad, with a PVmarket share of more than 85% in Europe now.
Product impact and life cycle
The Company has been awarded UL EPD certi?ca-tion for P-type and N-type modules and has mutualrecognition with the Italian EPD. EPD is a life cycleassessment (LCA) of a product, covering the full lifecycle from material extraction, production, trans-portation, consumption, to ?nal disposal, and isvalidated by UL Solutions according to the interna-tional ISO 14025 standard. EPD provides buyerswith information on the environmental impact ofproducts, such as global warming potential, smokegeneration, ozone depletion, and water pollution.After obtaining the UL EPD certi?cate, the Compa-ny’s products are simultaneously registered andpublished on the Italian EPD platform.

N-type TOPCon technology has won market recognition for its “Four Highs and Four Lows”strengths, namely, high power, high e?ciency, high bifacial ratio, and high power genera-tion, low attenuation, low temperature coe?cient, BOS (Balance of System), and low LCOE(Levelized Cost of Electricity). EGING PV’s Pro+ series, built on the Pro products that utilizeTOPCon technology, has further integrated rectangular cell technology, which furtherimproves its module power and conversion e?ciency. Meanwhile, the rectangular cells canmaximize the utilization of container space and e?ectively reduce transportation costs. Atthe power station system end, it can further reduce BOS costs, thereby enhancing customervalue. Therefore, the Star Pro+ series modules using this technology not only have higherproduct reliability but also o?er better commercial value.

CaseSuccessful grid connection of Chuzhou EGING rooftop PV power station project
In May 2024, the 19.8MW rooftop power station project of Chuzhou Eging Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (herein-after referred to as “Chuzhou EGING”) was successfully connected to the grid. The PV power station project is locat-ed on the roof of the factory workshop, covering a total installation area of about 100,000 square meters, which isan ultra-large-scale power station project among the industrial and commercial rooftop PV power stations at pres-ent. The modules used in the project are all 450W PV modules produced by Changzhou Eging Photovoltaic Technol-ogy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changzhou EGING”). The products are speci?cally designed for new-typeroofs and use more than 44,000 modules, and the total investment in the project is RMB 64 million.

After the project is connected to the grid, it is expected that the aver-age annual power generation will reach 21.067 million kWh, and it willsave 8,426 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by21,004 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 202 tons.

With more than 100 sets oftesting equipment and instruments, the laboratory can conduct profes-sional tests of module raw materials and PV module products, embracingthe testing capability of 20 large tests and 96 small tests. In terms of product reliability, the institute conductsproduct tests in strict accordance with the requirements of IEC61215 andIEC61730, ensuring that the EGING PV’s products meet the reliability require-ments of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).In the process of R&D and mass production, DFMEA\PFMEA tool may be usedfor experimental design and mass production risk prediction, which cane?ectively reduce and prevent risks. Product traceability managementDigital traceability system is a product trace-ability management system based on digitaltechnology, also known as digital source trac-ing system, which is used to track andmanage all aspects of the product productionprocess. For EGING PV, digital and intelligent transformation is the only path to development.As early as in 2016, EGING PV attempted to launch the ERP systems in some of itsmodules. After 2021, EGING PV’s annual performance growth continued to double,and the Company has entered a stage of rapid development. In 2022, with a view tomeeting the needs of e?cient management and operation in the context of the rapidgrowth, the Company’s Information Department formally proposed the integratedmanagement strategy of MES+ERP, and strived to build the isolated system into anintegrated platform and to raise the overall informatization and intelligence level toa new height.

After one-year e?orts, EGING PV completed the acceptance of the intelligent manufacturing integrated system project, andrealized the docking of the three workshops and the three sets of MES systems. In addition, through innovation, EGING PV hasachieved double cost accounting, including each piece (module) cost accounting and per watt (power) cost accounting, whichsupports order cost, quotation cost and other multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis, control and warning. EGING PV’sinformation technology has updated from ERP1.0 to ERP2.0. The project team arranged and standardized more than 20 businessprocesses in the implementation course: such as R & D work order control, OEM business buyback, quality inspection, and workorder settlement within the same month. In result, modularized design has been applied to businesses lacking de?ned process-es or clear responsibilities through the implementation so as to achieve the precision and transparency of business data, helpingEGING PV’s informatization construction to step into a new level.With the help of digital and intelligent system tools, EGING PV has better carried out the innovative concept in the technicalreform of the workshop and the operational management of the Company, and realized cost reduction and e?ciency improve-ment. In June 2024, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the List of Certi?ed IntelligentManufacturing Factories of Jiangsu Province in 2024, and EGING PV was on the list as an “intelligent factory of PV cell mod-ules”, marking that EGING PV ranks among the best in the industry of intelligent PV manufacturing.
Relying on the industrial Internet platform, EGING PV comprehensively appliedcollection and analysis technologies, and integrated information technologymanagement and control systems in all production and operation links, achiev-ing real-time, accurate and e?ective collection, transmission and storage of dataof raw materials, technical process, production process, equipment and energyinformation. In order to improve the Company’s production safety management level and enhance its ability to preventand respond to accidents, EGING PV has set up a production safety committee as the Company’s leadingbody for production safety in accordance with the requirements of production safety regulations. On September 25, 2024, the Warehousing Department and the Company’s Trade Union organized the third forklift skills contest successfully.More than 20 forklift drivers from the Warehousing Department and the Module Business Unit competed in the contest to share their experienceand make improvements. Forklift driver is one of the most active jobs in manufacturing and logistics as well as the key to safe and e?cientoperation of forklifts. According to the Regulations on Safety Production Risk Report-ing for Industrial Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (Provincial Gov-ernment Order No. 140), the Company organized safety risk iden-ti?cation and evaluation work in 2024, and established a riskmanagement and control list (66 items), including 34 majorsafety risks, 27 general safety risks and 5 minor safety risks. The Company has passed the ISO 45001 occupational health andsafety management system certi?cation in 2010, established an“occupational health leadership group” led by the president. Ithas clari?ed that the Company’s Human Resources Departmentand Safety and Environmental Protection Department are theCompany’s occupational health management agencies, andtheir job responsibilities are de?ned. An occupational healthmanagement system and operating procedures have been estab-lished, and relevant occupational health management measureshave been implemented through annual occupational diseaseprevention and control plans and implementation plan. Mean-while, the Company’s occupational health ?les and workers’health monitoring ?les are established and improved gradually.
Every year, the Company entrusts quali?ed occupational health technical service agencies to conduct regular test-
ing of occupational disease hazard factors in the workplace, and the test data are all quali?ed; alarm devices were
provided in the toxic and harmful workplaces where acute occupational injuries may occur, and on-site ?rst aid
supplies, ?ushing equipment, emergency evacuation channels and necessary hazard relief areas were equipped
and established.
In May 2024, the Company organized the regular testing of occupational disease hazard factors, involving two dust
positions, seven chemical factor positions, 32 noise position and one power frequency electric ?eld positions. The
test results were all in compliance with the Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace.
Occupational health surveillance
The Company organizes employees who are exposed to occupational disease hazardous agents to conduct occu-
pational health examinations before, during and after work. The results of the examination are noti?ed to the
employees and signed by the employees for con?rmation. Re-examination will be arranged for workers who need
re-examination; workers with occupational contraindications will be transferred from their original jobs.
In December 2024, the Company carried out the 2024 annual on-the-job physical examinations for employees
exposed to hazardous agents of occupational disease. During the Reporting Period, no occupational disease inci-
dents occurred within the Company.

In order to further publicize and implement the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, popularize relevant knowledge on prevention andcontrol of occupational diseases, raise the employees’ awareness in this aspect, and safeguard their health rights and interests, the Company participated inthe 22ndnational publicity week on the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases from April 25 to May 1, 2024. The production workshopsare equipped with a fresh air system and air conditioningfor temperature control to ensure that employees are in asafe and healthy working environment.Each production department is equipped with the personalprotective equipment according to the characteristics ofthe positions in the workshops, implements planned pro-curements and distributes them to the employees accord-ing to the requirements. Employees were supervised andguided to wear and use labor protective equipmentcorrectly. The items such as protective clothing, protectivegloves and gas masks installed at designated locationsshould be checked on a monthly basis to ensure that theyare in a normal state. Safety to Ensure Stable Operations

The Company does not discriminate or treat employ-ees unfairly based on age, disability, ethnicity, gender,marital status, nationality, political a?liation, race,religion, sexual orientation, union membership, or anyother factor. The Company strictly implements a gen-der-equal compensation system, adhering to the prin-ciple of equal pay for equal work, ensuring that allemployees (at the same level) are treated equally interms of bene?ts, accommodation, and other aspects.The Company explicitly states that female job appli-cants should not be required to undergo pregnancytests during pre-employment medical examinations(except in cases required by applicable laws and regu-lations, and carefully considered for workplace safety).No discrimination shall occur based on the results ofsuch tests. Interviewers who have familial relationshipswith applicants must follow the principle of avoidanceand not participate in the applicant’s interview. Duringthe Reporting Period, no incidents of discriminationcontrary to the above requirements occurred.The Company prohibits any form of sexual harassmentin the factory or o?ce premises, including verbal orphysical actions related to sexual coercion, threats,humiliation, or exploitation. The Company has set up asuggestion box, and upon receiving a complaint, it willpromptly investigate the situation. If the complaint isveri?ed, the Company will take appropriate actionagainst the harasser based on the severity of the situa-tion. For minor incidents, the harasser will be educat-ed; for serious incidents, the Company will pursue legalaction and hold the harasser criminally responsible inaccordance with the law.
Communication with EmployeesThe Company has established a diversi?ed employee communication platform, including smooth channels ofcommunication with employees based on the principle of “full participation”, such as listening to employeesand adopting their opinions through Labor Unions, regular communications and interviews with employeesand employee satisfaction surveys.
All employees are eligible to join the Labor Union, and their willingness to join or not is fullyrespected by the Company. Employee Training and Career DevelopmentEmployee TrainingThe Company actively promotes a “culture of continuous learning” by enhancing employees' professional and technical skills throughtraining, in order to improve organizational performance. It has established a Management Policy of Employee Training, according towhich the Human Resources Department shall be responsible for the organization of employees’ training. The training courses aredivided into general courses and professional courses according to their contents. The general courses aim at improving employees’comprehensive abilities and qualities, while the professional courses lays emphasis on improving employees’ special or professionalabilities. The courses range from middle and senior management, grassroots management and front-line employees. Di?erent trainingcourses and contents are applied for di?erent levels of employees to ensure the training courses could meet their practical needs inwork, thereby enhancing the overall e?ectiveness of the whole team.
In 2024, a total of 26 company-wide training sessions were held with 1,027 partici-pants. Each training record and course document were released on the Compa-ny’s internal OA platform, so that employees could browse and learn online.Among them, 982 people participated in the training satisfaction survey, accord-ing to which more than 98% were satis?ed with the training.

Sta? canteen
There are employee canteens inboth east and west factories ofEGING PV, covering a total area ofmore than 5,000 square meters,which can accommodate morethan 2,000 people at the sametime. The canteens provide break-fast, lunch, dinner, midnightsnacks and even food serviceduring public holiday.
Sta? accommodation
Changzhou EGING provides a total of more than200 dormitories, each with a own privatebathroom, o?ering accommodation conve-nience for over 1,000 employees. Additionally,the Company o?ers “employed couple” dormi-tories to address the housing demands ofemployee families. There are laundry roomsand pantries in the dormitory’s public areas,and the dormitories are surrounded by conve-nience supermarkets and snack bars. There arealso cleaning sta?s who will clean the dormito-ry rooms and public areas regularly.

The Company is equipped withvarious models of vehicles such ascommercial vehicles and Coastersto meet the needs of daily busi-ness trips and business recep-tions. CaseWorkshop employee care activity in 2024
On November 25, 2024, Mr. Chen Jiangming, Chairman of the Labor Union of EGING PV, personally leda team into the workshop to carry out a heartfelt employee care activity. This initiative injectedwarmth into the busy workshop, enabling employees to genuinely experience the care and support ofthe Company as one big family.
During the activity, Chen Jiangming had cordial talks with employees, acknowledging their hard workand dedication to the Company’s development. CaseJintan District Rural Revitalization Work Survey Meeting in 2024
On January 24, 2024, Chen Jiangming, Chairman of the Labor Union of EGING PV, attended thework survey meeting on paired assistance for economic enhancement in villages (Wulian Village,Dongcheng Subdistrict) held in Jintan District.
The Company is actively involved in the local rural revitalization e?orts, attentively listening tothe development status of Wulian Village and the strategies for driving economic growth. Duringthe meeting, Chairman Chen Jiangming provided insightful recommendations, emphasizing thatthe Company will leverage its advantages in industrial development to contribute to revitalizingvillage resources.
