In 2024, the global medical device manufacturingindustry was at a critical juncture for marketvalidation. On the one hand, as China’s institutionalmechanism for developing new quality productiveforces of medical devices improved rapidly, theindustry ushered in a “golden development period”.On the other hand, accelerating technologicaliteration, intensifying market competition, andtightening regulatory policies constantly posedchallenges, demanding us to adapt to changes andtake the lead in innovation-driven development.In this era brimming with both challenges andopportunities, we strive to fulfill our responsibilitiesfor future development. Guided by our mission, “ToBring Equal Healthcare for All”, we actively work toforge a community for human health.Health is a universal aspiration. In our quest toachieve medical equality and universal well-being,we have taken various measures to support theconstruction of the grass-roots medical system andpromote the development of county-level medicalservices. In 2024, we worked with all related partiesto provide high-quality medical resources forcounties such as Quanzhou of Guangxi, Shiyan ofHubei, Zhijiang of Hubei, and Hongdong of Shanxi. Tofulfill the responsibility of building a community forhuman health, we have provided high-end medicalequipment made in China, digital and intelligentmedical solutions and medical resources to Mexico,Malawi, Ethiopia and other countries and regions.We have also trained local medical professionals toeffectively improve local medical quality. To drive the

sustainable development of the medical industry, wehave intensified medical training programs, school-enterprise cooperation, international talent trainingand collaboration between industry, academia,research, and medical sectors. These efforts areaimed at building a strong industrial talent chain tosupport fair and accessible medical resources.Innovation in research and development is thecore driving force behind our development. Wecontinuously break through the boundariesof technological innovation through steadyinvestment in R&D and deep collaboration withglobal universities, hospitals, research institutions,and industrial partners. We continue to promoteproduct innovation in technology, application anddesign. During the reporting period, new productssuch as uMI Panorama, uLinac HalosTx, uMR Ultraand uAngio AVIVA were launched, which furtherconsolidated the complete technological ecologicaladvantage of “core components- complete systems-intelligent platforms” and were widely recognized bycustomers.We value the quality of products and services.Through a comprehensive quality managementsystem and advanced digital production technology,we ensure the safety, effectiveness, and stabilityof our offerings. Remaining customer-oriented,we continuously improve the customer servicemanagement system, enhance service responsespeed and quality, all in an effort to deliver anoutstanding customer service experience. At the

same time, we continue to strengthen supply chainmanagement and establish close relationships withour suppliers to jointly improve product quality andensure responsible purchasing.At United Imaging Healthcare, employees are crucialto our sustainable development. Therefore, weconstantly standardize employment management,expand diversified recruitment channels, and buildan inclusive and healthy working environment tosafeguard the legitimate rights and interests ofemployees. We have established a three-level governance framework spanning decision-making, management,and execution levels. Specifically, the decision-making level is responsiblefor setting the strategic direction of ESG, the management levelfocuses on detailing tasks and overseeing their implementation, andthe execution level ensures that the ESG principles are integrated intospecific business operations and daily activities. This top-down, level-by-level approach guarantees the efficient operation and risk control of theGroup, effectively driving the achievement of sustainable developmentgoals.To ensure that the leadership team’s objectives are closely aligned withthe vision and strategic goals of sustainable development, in 2024, we

adjusted our compensation policy to formally incorporate sustainabledevelopment targets into the individual evaluation system for membersof the Management Committee. Specifically, 5% of the evaluation weightfor the Management Committee members is directly linked to “ESGperformance improvement”. This adjustment reinforces our commitmentto ESG performance, and drives positive changes in key ESG areas,creating long-term value for all stakeholders.At the same time, the Group has established regulations such as theCadre Management System and the Authority and Responsibility Matrixto strengthen shareholder oversight of executive compensation. Wealso actively promote the development of a compensation clawbackand malus mechanism to further refine corporate governance. Thesemeasures ensure that the actions of management are aligned with theinterests of the Group and shareholders. If directors, supervisors, orsenior management cause losses to the Group or investors due to theiractions, they are legally liable for compensation. In such cases, United

决策层The Board of Directors of United Imaging Healthcare serves as thehighest governing body for the Group’s ESG management, responsiblefor devising the overarching ESG strategic plan and conducting regularevaluations to ensure the effective and high-quality managementof ESG initiatives. The Strategy and Social Responsibility Committee,operating under the purview of the Board of Directors, providesregular updates to the Board of Directors, and undertakes researchand proposes ESG decisions and policies. It oversees and assesses theGroup’s fulfillment of ESG obligations, and reviews the ESG reports.

Decision-making levelManagement level

The Group’s management, guided by the Board of Directors and theStrategy and Social Responsibility Committee, manages various ESGtasks in detail. Based on overall ESG planning, they drive relevantdepartments to execute specific assignments and regularly report theprogress of each task to the Board of Directors and the Strategy andSocial Responsibility Committee, ensuring the steady advancement ofESG initiatives.

Execution level

Guided by the ESG management concept, all functional departmentsand branches support the execution of various ESG tasks accordingto the requirements of management, and work in concert to fullyimplement the Company’s ESG strategy.

Sustainable Development Management

Board Independenceand DiversityWe continuously refine the working mechanism for independentdirectors by appointing an Independent Lead Director to fully leveragetheir proactive role in corporate governance. In 2024, we revised fourkey policies: the Board Audit Committee Work Rules, the Board Strategyand Social Responsibility Committee Work Rules, the Independent DirectorWork System, and the Independent Director Special Meeting System.These policies clearly define the establishment and responsibilities ofthe Lead Independent Director. On August 29, 2024, the 11th meetingof United Imaging Healthcare’s second Board of Directors consideredand approved the relevant amendments and elected Mr. Wang Shaofeias the Independent Lead Director of the second Board of Directors ofthe Group. According to the provisions of the system, the IndependentLead Director is responsible for convening and presiding over specialmeetings of independent directors, soliciting their recommendationsand communicating with senior management. They also proposeagendas for special committees, organize research on relevantindependent director policies, and suggest revisions. Digital PET Helps Children’s Hospital of Mexico Acceleratethe Diagnosis and Treatment of Children’s Serious Diseasesand Conduct Forward-looking Study on the DiseasesChildren’s Hospital of Mexico is a specialized children’shospital directly affiliated to Mexico Ministry of Healthand engages in healthcare, education and research. Ourdigital PET/CT equipment has been used by the hospital,improving its ability to diagnose and treat and studychildren’s serious diseases. In July 2024, a number ofmedical experts and industry participants gathered atthe hospital to celebrate the access of new equipment.They also discussed about technology and performance,diagnosis and treatment of serious diseases, patient

experience and international research cooperation. Helping Malawi Improve Its Healthcare Servicewith a Series of Digital Medical EquipmentIn Malawi, medical institutions are often unable to providepatients with immediate examinations and treatmentdue to equipment shortage. Under the Malawi HealthProject by the World Bank, United Imaging Healthcareprovided the country with uDR 596i, a piece of advancedX-ray equipment which greatly improves the examinationefficiency by shortening a single examination time from 10minutes to 2 minutes. The equipment also presents clearerimages and helps doctors diagnose diseases precisely. Our

engineers stayed in Malawi for more than half a year. Inaddition to maintaining the equipment, they also taughtlocal engineers how to use the equipment during theirstay. As a result, local medical staff greatly enhanced theirtechnological ability. Our digital medical equipment hasbeen used in more than 20 hospitals in Malawi, greatlyreducing the local healthcare resource pressure andprotecting the health of the people of Malawi. Ethiopia’s medical system hardly satisfies the need for diagnosis and treatmentof diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and other chronic diseases. Since 2022,United Imaging Healthcare has worked with Washington Hospital in Ethiopiaand provided the hospital with a series of high-end medical equipment suchas CT and MR. Those equipment with excellent images and performance hassignificantly relieved the hospital’s pressure of scanning and promoted precisediagnosis. In addition, both parties cooperate with Washington University Schoolof Medicine in clinic research and talent cultivation to improve specializeddiagnosis and treatment. Currently, the cooperative cardiac MRI project inprogress is expected to fill the gap in this field and makes the hospital becomethe first provider of cardiac MRI service in Ethiopia. Weare committed to improving the accuracy and efficiencyof medical imaging diagnosis. Traditional CT equipmentadopts scintillator-based energy-integrating detector,which have limited imaging capabilities. Photon countingenergy spectrum CT technology, in contrast, enables highspatial resolution and high signal-to-noise-ratio colorimaging, and is hailed as “the greatest technologicalinnovation in CT in recent years”. Under the ExplorersProgram, United Imaging Healthcare has teamed upwith leading scientific research teams in Shanghai towork on detector and packaging technology for photoncounting energy spectrum CT. As the chief scientist ofphoton counting energy spectrum CT at United ImagingHealthcare, Professor Lai Xiaochun has led the team toachieve significant advancements. Leading the “14th Five-Year Plan” National Key SpecialProject to Jointly Make Technological Breakthroughs in CT Slip RingsIn April 2024, a key special project led by United ImagingHealthcare titled “R&D and Application of CT Slip RingUsing Wireless Power Transmission Technology” wasofficially launched. It was a part of the national key R&Dprogram “Diagnostic and Therapeutic Equipment andBiomedical Materials” under the “14th Five-Year Plan”.The CT slip ring is a core component of high-end CTequipment. Its technological level and localization ratedirectly impact the performance of CT equipment and thesafety of the industry chain. Currently, the domestic slipring mainly adopts mechanical carbon brush technology,which lags behind the international advanced level. Forthe purpose of overcoming technical challenges to laya foundation for the performance improvement of CTequipment in the future, the project implements wirelesspower transmission technology to transform the physicalstructure and energy transmission of slip rings.

Building a Global Nuclear Medicine Innovation Ecosystem: Co-workbetween United Imaging Healthcare and Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine for Technological Breakthroughs inPET/MR and PET/CT

Working together to Promotethe Technological Developmentof One-stop Radiotherapy andRemote radiotherapyThrough active collaboration and exchange with academicinstitutions, the Company endeavors to promote thepopularity and application of one-stop radiotherapyand remote radiotherapy, and drives forward standardand uniform radiotherapy. In collaboration with PekingUniversity Third Hospital, we’ve developed a one-stopsolution for emergency radiotherapy to overcome themulti-site limitations of traditional radiotherapy. It enablespatients to complete the entire process in one place,eliminating the need for multiple trips. As a result, thetreatment time has been significantly reduced from 3-5days to 20-30 minutes, effectively alleviating pain forpatients with acute conditions.In September 2024, based on the radiotherapy cloudplatform of United Imaging, Peking Union Medical CollegeHospital provided online radiotherapy diagnosis andguidance to oncology patients at Central Hospital ofJinzhou in Liaoning Province.

On September 9, 2024, the first cloud clinic online lungcancer radiotherapy prescription and treatment planin China was launched in Guangzhou and Xuchang viaremote collaboration. With the support of the technicalteam of United Imaging, Professor Chen Ming’s team atSun Yat-sen University Cancer Center and Professor WangPengfei’s team at Xuchang Beihai Hospital worked togetherto discuss and design a comprehensive treatment planfor a lung cancer patient. The plan involved evaluating thepatient’s medical history, pre-chemotherapy efficacy, tumortarget area, suspicious nodules, esophageal protection,CTV delineation, and radiotherapy protocols. This actionaimed to enable remote radiotherapy collaborationbetween a national medical center and a prefecture-levelhospital, as well as to standardize treatments and ensurephysico-technical quality control.

In May 2024, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School ofMedicine hosted an innovation summit. Global nuclearmedicine experts and representatives from the industry,academia, research, and medical institutions gatheredin the summit. They witnessed the unveiling of PET/MR innovations by the Institute for Medical ImagingTechnology (Shanghai Jiao Tong University - Ruijin - UnitedImaging Healthcare). The innovative applications of long-axis PET/CT were also discussed in the summit. Focusingon cross-border cooperation and ecological co-prosperity,the summit aimed to break down barriers betweenindustry, academia, research, and medicine, and transformclinical innovation inspiration into productivity. TheInstitute developed a new generation of PET/MR, whichwas backed by Ruijin Hospital’s clinical research experiencewith over 10,000 PET/MR cases. 10-minute whole-bodymultimodal imaging was achieved by virtue of digitalintelligence, providing comprehensive information supportfor neurological, cardiovascular, ontological, and otherdisease research. It enabled a fast, silent, and low-doseone-stop solution for children, elderly patients with heartand brain diseases, and breast cancer patients. At the

same time, the uMI Panorama GS further demonstratedexceptional performance with an ultra-long axial field ofview of 148cm and a 180-picosecond temporal resolution,which reshapes the PET imaging pattern. Furthermore, it’sequipped with intelligent systems, including automatedpatient positioning, artifact elimination, and whole-bodymotion compensation. These technological innovations notonly enabled better precise visualization of physiologicalprocesses in real-time conditions but also supportadvanced integrated brain-body research initiatives.The summit brought together nuclear medicine expertsfrom China, the United States, Germany, Italy, Austria, andother nations. Participants explored cutting-edge trendsin integrated diagnosis and treatment, driving innovationsin research methods. Focusing on compliancewith product quality and safety management standards, we conductproduct risk management testing, design and clinical evaluationtesting, and product reliability testing. In addition to continuouslyoptimizing the production testing and quality control process, wealso strengthen the proactive and preventive nature of testing, andimplement the main responsibilities for product safety, therebyresolutely guaranteeing the effectiveness and safety of the products.We rigorously control the product quality testing process byformulating the Reliability Testing Standards, the Packaging ReliabilityTesting Standards, the Signal Integrity Testing Standards, the HALT TestingStandards and other product testing guidelines. This enables us toregulate and supervise the material and product testing, so as toensure the authenticity, accuracy, completeness and traceability of theresults.We follow the Risk Management Procedure to identify potential hazardsand hazardous situations in advance throughout the product life-cycle.Besides, we minimize the overall residual risk of our products throughdesign, protection, provision of safety information and user training,to effectively prevent potential quality and safety issues. In addition,we conduct extensive analysis of the products’ usage environmentand key characteristics. We integrate product quality management into thedaily work of employees, and make efforts to strengthen employees’awareness of quality management. In this way, we ensure thatemployees have a thorough understanding of the connotation of theGroup’s quality and safety management, standards and procedures,thereby reinforcing the concept of responsibility for quality and safety.To ensure that employees fully understand and fulfil theirresponsibilities, United Imaging Healthcare conducts full-coveragequality and safety training for all employees, including interns andoutsourced personnel. By the end of the reporting period, a total of338,850.477 hours of product quality and safety training had beendelivered across the Group, covering 468,513 employee participations.We plan and implement annual quality control and product safetytraining based on the requirements of medical device regulationsand standards, following the latest regulatory trends of authorities.Meanwhile, we carry out product quality and safety training througha variety of forms, such as text or video classroom training, self-study training, and periodic remote online courses, online trainingon electronic systems, and training on self-media subscriptions. We have updated the HazardIdentification Table and the Environmental FactorIdentification Table, and newly formulated a range ofproduction safety procedures and standards, such asthe External Construction Procedures, the Safe Practices forCoil Turning, and the Temperature Gradient Gel Touch-upProcedures.- We have built a multi-level and comprehensive inspectionsystem, including daily inspection, departmentalinspection, CEO inspection and external audit, to closelymonitor the production process and ensure risk-freeproduction safety.- The U.S. Manufacturing Facility has introduced specialsafety equipment for working at height, including safetybelts, connecting ropes and anchorage points, which

effectively protects operators from falling and ensureswork safety.- At the Manufacturing Facilities, radiation dose alarmdevices are additionally deployed in the shielded roomsand seamlessly connected to the dose monitoring systemfor real-time monitoring. Once excessive doses aredetected, real-time alarms are issued to remind the on-sitestaff.- To address the high temperature of the dust removalequipment due to long operation time, automatic spraysprinklers and a dust collector temperature control alarmsystem are installed to automatically cool down theequipment when the temperature is too high, and to notifythe maintenance personnel to take proper measures in atimely manner.

In response to product recall,we have fine-tuned the Recall Management System tofurther clarify recall steps like information collection,

In addition, we have put in placemanagement systems such as the Vigilance System,the Emergency Management System for Medical DeviceQuality and Safety Incidents, and the Focused MonitoringManagement System for Medical Device Adverse Events tostandardize management responsibilities and build acollaborative emergency response system.To realize effective control of product quality andsafety risks, we have set up an Adverse Event andCrisis Management Team, composed of the Group’stop management, which is responsible for monitoringadverse events. The Post-Marketing SupervisionDepartment (PMS) carries out specific post-marketsupervision work and takes measures according to therequirements. In addition, Sales and CS collect feedbackfrom the customers and conduct customer visits. At thesame time, we have established an efficient handlingprocess. Engineers of the PMS are required to reportadverse events from regulatory agencies and theadverse event monitoring system in a timely manner.Once any serious injury or group adverse event isreported, the management will initiate investigationsinto the reported event within 12 hours, and takemeasures such as discontinuation of use, suspensionof sale and recall according to the investigation results,so as to minimize the negative impacts of the adverseevents.

We strengthencustomer service management through measures such as updating systemstandards, optimizing inspection mechanisms, and refining project management,and actively respond to customer demands and advice. In this way, we satisfythe diverse needs of our customers and continuously improve the quality of ourcustomer service.

Ensuring Service Quality

We have established a standardized customercomplaint handling process to clarify theresponsibilities and coordination mechanisms at alllevels, thus ensuring that customer complaints arehandled promptly and effectively. In the event ofcustomer complaints, the RCS Leader and the ServiceSales Leader at the provincial level are responsiblefor preliminary handling of the complaints at thetechnical and non-technical levels, respectively. TheBM makes the final decision on disputed complaints.RCS Leader needs to coordinate resources on site,solve problems, and request assistance from theregional leader if necessary. Any complaint thatcannot be resolved within 7 days will be escalated tothe regional headquarters. The regional headquarterswill coordinate resources or escalate the handlingpriority according to the urgency to ensure thatcustomer complaints are handled promptly andproperly. By the end of the reporting period, UnitedImaging Healthcare had a 100% customer complainthandling rate.We respond proactively to customer service needs andprovide high-quality solutions in an efficient manner.We provide a 7/24 human service hotline, ensuringthat we respond to repair requests nationwide within10 minutes, and provide a solution within 1 hour. Inaddition, we ensure that engineers arrive at the sitewithin the specified time according to the city level.We implement a support mechanism with three levelsof escalation for fault diagnosis to ensure that on-siteengineers receive the necessary and timely technicalsupport. In 2024, we added the United Imaging Installation Engineer’sManual on the basis of the United Imaging Service Engineer’sManual to set up more comprehensive installationstandards. This newly added manual provides technicalguidance for engineers during the installation process andensures that all installation activities comply with industrystandards and the Group’s policies.

We have added unannounced on-site RTS inspections,as well as unannounced on-site inspections near thelocations of the TA of Installation Department and theregional TA. The focus is on inspecting the work tools andfootwear, tools and equipment, on-site 7S managementand clocking-in and -out practices in the customerservice process, to further enhance engineers’ awarenessof good service practices. We strictly enforce the CS-EHS Safety Management Procedures, organize monthlydepartmental safety meetings, report and follow up oncustomer safety incidents to prevent similar incidents.

To comprehensively enhance the leadership skills ofmanagers and cultivate a management team withforward-looking thinking and outstanding leadershipabilities, the Company launched the “Talent Club” livebroadcast series of courses. Conducting Emergency Drillsto Enhance Emergency Response CapabilitiesDuring the Safety Month, we organized nightevacuation drills in our employee dormitorybuildings, aiming to test and enhance employees’ability to cope with emergency situations. With the establishment of theoccupational health management system, wehave realized the data-based management ofphysical examination, which enable the automaticsending of physical examination notifications andresults, thus strengthening the management ofemployees' occupational health. We strictly adhere to national laws, regulations andstandards, such as the Environmental Protection Lawof the People’s Republic of China, the Water PollutionPrevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic ofChina, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on thePrevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, theLaw of the People’s Republic of China on the Preventionand Control of Environment Pollution Caused bySolid Wastes, the Standard for Pollution Control onHazardous Waste Storage, and the Guidelines forthe Recovery and Recycling of Plastics Waste (GB/T 30102-2024). And we have established manyinternal policies, including the newly formulatedEnvironmental Information Disclosure Policy, andrevisions to the General Industrial Solid WasteManagement Policy, the Pollutant Management Policy,the Hazardous Waste Management Policy, and theEnvironmental Health Management and InfrastructureUtilization Standards, to further clarify the standardsfor environmental management and improve ourcapabilities for environmental management.In terms of greenhouse gas management, we haveset aggressive targets for reducing greenhousegas emissions. Using 2023 as the baseline year,we aim to reduce the carbon emission intensityper unit of revenue (Scope 1 and Scope 2) by 50%by 2035. To further enhance our greenhousegas data management, we engaged professionalexternal organization to verify our greenhouse gasemissions. At the same time, we actively respondedthe CDP rating, achieving the B rating, whichencourages us to continuously improve greenhousegas emission management.For more information on energy saving and emissionreduction, please refer to the section “EnergyManagement” in this chapter.In respect of wastewater management, we treatdomestic and production wastewater in strictcompliance with wastewater treatment rules anddischarge standards. Domestic wastewater is subjectto the A/O wastewater treatment process, anddischarged into the urban wastewater network afterbeing tested as up to standards by professionalthird-party monitoring organization. Productionwastewater is collected in a unified manner fortreatment by a qualified third-party company thatwe engage. Meanwhile, we are in the process ofintroducing wastewater treatment facilities tostrengthen our capabilities for wastewater treatment.The production wastewater of Wuhan ManufacturingFacility is recycled through a wastewater treatment

system and a water purification device, realizing thegoal of zero discharge of production wastewater.In terms of waste gas management, particulatematters and non-methane hydrocarbon generatedfrom production are purified and treated beforebeing discharged through the exhaust funnels. Weuse UV photolysis and filtration methods (e.g., bagdust removal technology) to deal with welding fumeand other particles and activated carbon to adsorborganic waste gases, and conduct regular inspectionand maintenance of filtration equipment. Third-party agencies are engaged to monitor waste gasemissions to ensure that all indicators comply withthe emission standards of the locations where weoperate. In addition, we carry out regular trainingprograms to improve employees’ skills in waste gastreatment and raise their environmental awareness.In terms of waste management, we haveestablished a waste management system anda clear responsibility management system, andhave set up separate management ledgers forindustrial solid waste and hazardous waste fordedicated management. Besides, we engage third-party organization to collect or dispose of solidwaste and hazardous waste generated, and verifythe qualifications and technical capabilities ofthe treatment organizations to ensure that thedisposals are in compliance with rules. Moreover,we set up temporary storage sites and warehousesfor hazardous waste. The hazardous wastes arestored by sections in accordance with the principleof categorized storage. HVACOptimizationIn 2024, Shanghai Manufacturing Facility upgraded thecentralized air conditioning system, enabling the centralcontrol of the temperature, air speed and scheduledshutdown of air conditioners in offices and productionworkshops. All air conditioners must be turned off afterwork to effectively reduce energy consumption. This couldsave 200 thousand kWh of electricity per year, and reducecarbon dioxide emissions by 115 tonnes/year.At Wuhan Manufacturing Facility, the air conditioningsystem in the ultrasonic probe production workshopallows for flexible adjustment according to theenvironment temperature and humidity. In the cleanroom, the air conditioning system can reduce the fresh airfan frequency from 40Hz to 35Hz while still maintainingproper temperature and humidity. And in the offices,a VRV centralized air conditioning system was appliedto centrally manage the temperature, air speed andscheduled shutdown of air conditioners. This could save40 thousand kWh of electricity per year, and reducecarbon dioxide emissions by 20 tonnes.

In 2024, Shanghai Manufacturing Facility replaced ordinarylighting with high-efficiency induction LED energy-savinglamps for the basement, public areas and productionareas, saving 155 thousand kWh of electricity per year andreducing carbon dioxide emissions by 90 tonnes/year.In 2024, Wuhan Manufacturing Facility completed thereplacement of induction lamps for stairwells and non-motor vehicle parking sheds. The lighting was controlledby time-control switches, and half of the lighting at theworkshop accesses and clean rooms would be switchedoff in case of no visits expected. This could save 5,000 kWhof electricity per year and reduce carbon dioxide emissionsby 3 tonnes/year.Changzhou Manufacturing Facility completed therenovation of the basement and elevator hall. Ordinarylighting was replaced with induction lamps, saving 20thousand kWh of electricity per year and reducing carbondioxide emissions by 10 tonnes/year.At the U.S. Manufacturing Facility, power and lightingsystems in the testing room would be turned off in case ofno production scheduled, to reduce energy waste.

In 2024, Shanghai Manufacturing Facility completed theconstruction of an electric energy management centerplatform. A total of 351 non-smart meters were replacedor newly installed for 6 user stations and key equipment.This enables the real-time monitoring, alarm monitoringand automatic meter reading in the park, providingdata support for energy saving solutions. ShanghaiManufacturing Facility plans to launch a smart park energyconsumption management platform in 2025 to realizevisualized assessment and intelligent control of energyconsumption. According to monitoring statistics, JiadingBase saved 600 thousand kWh of electricity this year.Wuhan Manufacturing Facility has upgraded theintelligent power distribution operation and maintenancemanagement platform, realizing visible and controllablepower consumption status in the park. The platformenabled accurate monitoring of high-energy-consumingequipment and timely response to exceptions in powerconsumption. According to monitoring statistics, WuhanBase saved 240 thousand kWh of electricity this year.Changzhou Manufacturing Facility applied the SuwenPower Management System to accurately monitor powerconsumption in the factory. The system enabled thelocating of high power consuming areas and equipment,contributing to the implementation of energy-savingmeasures. According to monitoring statistics, ChangzhouBase saved 700 thousand kWh of electricity this year.

Application of innovativetechnology and systemsIn 2024, Shanghai Manufacturing Facilitycompleted the renovation for process coolingwater pumps, air-conditioning circulating waterpumps and ground source hot water pumps. Byupgrading traditional pumps to variable frequencypumps, the operating frequency of the pumpswas finely adjusted with the help of sensors andconfiguration control software. This could save1,118 thousand kWh of electricity per year andreduce carbon dioxide emissions by 650 tonnes/year.In 2024, Wuhan Manufacturing Facility completedthe energy-saving transformation for thecentral air-conditioning machine room. High-efficiency group control system for machineroom refrigeration station was launched. Withthe addition of electric valves, the frequencyof valves and pumps could be intelligentlyadjusted according to the workshop load. Withthe installation of cooling towers, the operatingefficiency of air-conditioning unit was improved.

This could save 430 thousand kWh of electricityper year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by215 tonnes/year.In 2024, Changzhou Manufacturing Facilitycompleted the construction of the Phase II centralcontrol room, using configuration software toconduct intelligent centralized control over AHUHVAC and PCW process water. Through real-timemonitoring of energy consumption, temperature,air speed and other parameters, the variablefrequency unit could be intelligently adjustedto realize precise control. This could save 300thousand kWh of electricity per year and reducecarbon dioxide emissions by 150 tonnes/year.In 2024, Changzhou Manufacturing Facilityimproved the Phase II magnetic resonance processcooling water system. The new system uses high-efficiency magnetic levitation refrigeration unitsin summer, and the free cooling source in winter.This could save 1.05 million kWh of electricity peryear and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 610tonnes/year.

Green TransportationManagementIn a proactive response to the concept of greenand low-carbon development, Shanghai UnitedImaging Healthcare Co., Ltd. launched theproject of “Questionnaire Survey on CarbonEmissions from Daily Commute of Shanghai &Wuhan UIH Employees” in 2024. The aim wasto comprehensively understand the commutingmethods of employees and provide support forformulating green mobility policies.The Company encourages employees to givepriority to energy-saving and environmentallyfriendly mobility modes, such as publictransportation and shared bicycles, jointlypracticing the concept of low carbon.As animportant measure of the green mobility plan, theWuhan Base completed electrification of shuttlebuses in the second half of 2024, upgrading thetraditional fuel-powered shuttle buses to newenergy electric vehicles. This measure not only

reduces the carbon emissions of the base’s shuttlebuses but also provides employees with a moreenvironmentally friendly and comfortable mobilityexperience.In the future, the Company will continue tooptimize the green mobility plan and exploremore low-carbon initiatives, such as promotingcarpooling platforms, adding charging facilities,and launching green mobility reward programs.These efforts will further stimulate employees’enthusiasm for participating in green and low-carbon activities. United Imaging Healthcare actively promotes theuse of renewable energy. Through the photovoltaicconstruction plan, the Group continuously increasesthe use of clean energy. At Shanghai ManufacturingFacility, we continue to advance the constructionof a photovoltaic project with an installed capacityof 5,287.515 kW. This project is expected to startoperation in early 2026, which can produceover 5 million kWh of renewable electricity peryear, equivalent to reducing 2,850 tonnes of CO

emissions. At Wuhan Manufacturing Facility, we havebeen using a solar heating system for domestic hotwater since 2020. Up to now, we have cumulativelysaved 70 thousand kWh of electricity and reducedCO

emissions by 39.9 tonnes. Meanwhile, we haveactively implemented green power procurement.Jiading base started direct power purchase in

2024, purchasing 3,499,281 kWh of green powerand reducing CO

emissions by 1,877.7 tonnes. Wealso plan to purchase 11.75 million kWh of greenelectricity in 2025, which is about one-third of thebase’s electricity consumption. This is expected toreduce carbon emissions by approximately 6,697.5tonnes, representing a decrease of about 15% incarbon emission intensity compared to 2023. We have also adopted solutions such asfoaming injection molding and structural materialfilling to replace the traditional spraying process,achieving weight reduction of the product casings.In terms of product packaging and transportation, weuse environmentally friendly packaging materials forturnover materials, supplier deliveries, and productshipments, and we actively recycle and reuse thesematerials. In-depth explanations and assessmentson compliance requirements were carried out duringthe training to ensure the compliance of employeebehaviors and the authenticity, accuracy, legality andtransparency of our product marketing materials.More than 3,000 employees participated in thetraining, covering 100% of marketing personnel.At the same time, we published a course on theMarketing Document Control Process on our E-learningplatform and required relevant employees to studyand pass the exam. More than 355 employeescompleted the course and passed the exam thisyear. For specific marketing campaigns such as

RSNA, SNMMI, CMEF and AHRA, we providedresponsible marketing training for nearly 1,000employees. By optimizing our patentstructure, consolidating trademark strategies, andstrengthening employee training, we constantlyimprove the efficiency of our IPR management,and contribute to our sustainable innovation andenhanced market competitiveness.We comply with the Patent Law of the People’sRepublic of China, the Trademark Law of the People’sRepublic of China and other laws and regulations.We have formulated the Basic Policy for IntellectualProperty Rights Management, the Guidelines forTrademark Management, and the Guidelines forSoftware Copyright Registration on the basis of theIntellectual Property Management Manual and existingtypes of intellectual property rights. These policiesenable us to resolutely protect our intellectualproperty rights and innovation achievements. Wehave an intellectual property management structureconsisting of the Intellectual Property ManagementCommittee, Innovative Product EvaluationCommittee, Intellectual Property Department, andemergency group for major intellectual propertydisputes. They work together to ensure the orderlyand closed-loop management of all types ofintellectual property rights.

We implement the patent planning strategy tobuild a patent barrier based on our technologydevelopment paths, the industry’s advancedtechnology and the direction of market development.Our patent mining mechanism covers the entiretechnology development process, ensuring that ourpatent applications cover all product lines. At thesame time, we plan ahead and protect technologiesthat may be developed in the future during theR&D process in order to gain market advantage andobtain more basic patents. In terms of trademarks,we have had a trademark plan in place since ourinception, in parallel with our product launch plan.We navigate overseas markets using the MadridSystem.By the end of 2024, we had filed a cumulative total ofmore than 9,300 applications for patents, including acumulative total of more than 7,700 applications forpatents for invention. We had received a cumulativetotal of more than 4,600 grants of patents, includinga cumulative total of more than 3,400 patents forinvention.We have established a comprehensive andsystematic IPR management system based onour development strategy, covering all aspects ofthe acquisition, maintenance, use and monitoringof intellectual property rights. control, we proactively identify IPR-related risks andeffectively manage potential litigation. To ensurecompliance with relevant policies and regulations,we have control procedures for IPR policies, laws andregulations.
