toincreasetheannualauditdatafrom37/yearto50/yearby2029,tohelpsuppliersimprovetheirESGperformance.TheCompanyplanstoincreasetheannualauditdatafrom37to50by2029tohelpsuppliersimprovetheirESGmanagementlevel.

3)Activelyrespondtothenational“dual-carbon”strategyandthecarbonreductionrequirementsofcustomers,andpromotesupplierstocarry

outcarboninventoriesandcarbonemissionreductions,soastoreducetheemissionsofproductcarbonfootprintsandcontributetothemitigationofglobalwarming.

“SupplierCertificationManagementSystem”and“SupplierManagementProcedures”,andhasscreenedoutcompetitivesuppliersthroughthesettingoffilingthresholds,evaluationofmaterials,andassessmentandcounselingbyaprofessionalauditteam,aswellasutilizingtheSRMsystemtomanagethesuppliersintheirfulllifecycle.Inordertopromotethedevelopmentofregionaleconomy,theCompanyprioritizeslocalsuppliers,andtheproportionoflocalsuppliersforproductionmaterialswillreach96.3%in2024.

(2)SupplierManagement:TheCompanyhassignedthe“CommitmentLetterforSunshineProcurementforStrategicPartners”and“CommitmentLetterforEnvironment/Safety/SocialResponsibilityforSuppliers”withallitssuppliers,whichcontainsprovisionsonintegrity,compliance,humanrights,environmentalprotection,safety,ROHS,etc.Suppliersarerequiredtocomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofthecommitmentletter,superviseeachothertoensuretheimplementationofSunshineProcurement,andthecontractwillbeterminatedordissolvedatanytimeifthereisanyviolationoftheprovisions.TermsandConditions.

including5majoraspectsoflabor,healthandsafety,environment,ethicsandmanagementsystem,toensurethatsupplierscomplywiththeregulatoryrequirementsrelatedtosocialresponsibilityintheirbusinessactivities.2024,theCompanycompletedtheon-siteauditsof37suppliersonthebasisoftheirenvironmentalandsocialresponsibility(SER).In2024,theCompanyheldthe2ndSupplierConferenceofMingYangCircuit,andsetupawardssuchastheExcellentQualityAwardandtheBestGreenPartnerAwardtorecognizeandmotivatesupplierswhohavemadesignificantcontributionstotheCompany.
