Improve the governance system and enhance management eectiveness.Improving governance is an impoant guarantee for the Company to achievehigh-quality development. We have put in place a comprehensive riskmanagement system, regularly carried out annual risk assessment, formulatedrisk response measures and dynamically tracked their implementation. Wehave further improved the compliance management system persistently,established a compliance review mechanism for major decisions, and enteredinto a compliance commitment letter with all staff members. Efforts havebeen made to advance the development of a "clean airport" culture, so asto create a compliance culture atmosphere. Information disclosure has beenstrengthened to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors; andmulti-channel, multi-angle and multi-level communication has been carriedout. Strong momentum have been injected into sustainable development byimproving governance efficiency. The Company has been rated Grade A inthe Information Disclosure Assessment of Shenzhen Stock Exchange for 16consecutive years.
Put Passengers First to Build a Humanistic Hub. We have always adheredto the people-centered development idea and are committed to providingpassengers with an outstanding travel experience. The number of registeredusers of "One Certificate (Code) Pass" has reached 50,000. We have fullyrealized the facial recognition boarding of domestic flights, launched thefully entrusted luggage inspection mode of international transit ights toChina, reduced the waiting time of transfer passengers by nearly 40 minutes.The annual passenger volume has exceeded 60 million, ushering in a newmilestone of Shenzhen Airpo. Shenzhen Airpo has successfully passed theSKYTRAX Five-star Airpo Review, won the Best Airpo in the Asia-PacicRegion with Over 40 Million Passengers by Airports Council International(ACI) for 5 consecutive years, and received the CAPSE "Best Airpo Award"for 8 consecutive years. “Shenai Quancheng” and Excellent Five-star SeiceBrand System Management and One Ceicate (Code) Pass have been ratedas China Civil Airpo Excellent Seice Case, and made eve eo to meetthe people's demand for better travel.Lead the green transformation and build an eco-airport. We have always putsafety in the rst place, thoroughly implemented the impoant discourse ofGeneral Secreta Xi Jinping on work safety, rmly established the conceptof safe development, and solidly promoted the three-year drive to addressthe root causes of workplace accidents and ensure work safety. Specically,we have printed and distributed the "4+2+N" core risk control list, formulatedguidelines on bird strike prevention, carried out work safety rectification,continued to promote the "three-basic" construction, and organized standardteams to car out drills. Based on the analysis of internal and external development trends, a list of ESG issues is formed by referring to authoritative sustainabledevelopment report guidelines and standards in China and abroad, mainstream ESG rating systems in China and abroad, sustainabledevelopment issues of concern to the same indust, and common concerns of internal and external stakeholders. Material general issues andindust-specic issues are identied.
We conducted a survey on key internal and external stakeholders, carried out "impact materiality assessment" and "financial materialityassessment" in the principle of dual materiality, formed a matrix of material issues for 2024, and identified the material issues and theirpriorities for this year.
The Board of Directors, in combination with the suggestions of internal management and external expes, reviews the screening and analysisresults to conrm highly material ESG issues. Strengthen Pollution Prevention and Control
Led by green development, Shenzhen Airpo continues to strengthen wastewater, waste gas, waste and noise management, eectively reducing the impact ofoperations on the environment, and moving towards the goal of a green airpo.Wastewater ManagementThe Company strictly abides by the relevant laws, regulations and standard documents such as the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People'sRepublic of China and Control and the Regulations on Ecological Environmental Protection of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and has established a soundwastewater discharge management system. We have implemented water-saving actions, reduced the amount of fresh water taken from production and life andthe discharge of sewage, and standardized the detection, treatment and supeision of storage tanks, medical wastewater, kitchen sewage, oily sewage, aviationsewage and other related work. The wastewater discharge compliance rate is 100%.
Waste Gas ManagementThe Company complies with the "Comprehensive Emission Standards forAir Pollutants" and has formulated an internal system titled "EcologicalConservation Management System" to monitor and manage waste gasemissions from ground service vehicles and carbon dioxide generatedby natural gas combustion in the flight area to ensure that the emissionconcentration of waste gas complies with national and local laws andregulations.
Actively promote new energy equipment and vehicles. With the exception of firefighting,ambulance, refueling, emergency protection and new energy vehicles with fewer than twooptions, the propoion of electric vehicles in the new and updated aircraft movement areareached 100% in 2024.
In 2024, the exhaust emissions of new and updated diesel equipment/vehicles shall be nolower than the current national standards, and the exhaust smoke of in-seice fuel non-road diesel mobile machine met the Class III limit values in the "Exhaust Smoke Limits andTest Methods of Non-road Diesel Mobile Machine".Implement 100% installation of catering fume purification facilities according to therequirements, and carry out fume emission testing in accordance with the relevantrequirements of "Shenzhen Cooking Fume Emission Control Code". The passing rate ofthe test results is 100%. The installation of online monitoring system for oil fume and themonitoring of oil fume emission have been completed.The installation of 60 on-bridge air conditioners and 75 on-bridge power supplies inTerminal T3 has been completed, and the support capacity of aircraft APU groundreplacement equipment has been improved by about 27%, which has greatly reduced theexhaust emissions during aircraft parking at passenger boarding bridges.
