    Event

    Mys Group (the company) announced it had forged partnership with SZ Xinqiang Eco-Agriculture Co.and SZ Centralcon Goup in jointly developing the “Shenzhen Intelligent Farming Valley” program byholding respectively 78%, 10% and 12% of the program. The program is estimated to cost CNY 1.5 Bnand needs CNY 500 Mn registered capital for establishing a new company.

    The intelligent farming valley program asks at least CNY 250 Mn capital inflow in the first year after thenew company registered establishment and no less than CNY 500 Mn capital infuse by the end of thethird year from the new company’s registration date.

    The intelligent farming valley program will consist of eco-agriculture construction, agricultural productmarketing and farming culture tourism. It may also develop leisure serviced and aged-care businessbased on its culture tourism business in the future.
