Mr. Yan Jianhuaapplied for resignation from the company's vice chairman and the related duties in the specialcommittee of the board of directors due to reaching his legal retirement age. According to the"Company Law", "Articles of Association" and other relevant regulations, The resignation of Mr.Yan Jianhua will not result in the board members less than the quorum. the resignation report will
take effect from the date of delivery to the company's board of directors.
