Supervisory Committee of Dalian RefrigerationCo., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was held at the meeting room on the 3

floor ofthe Company on December 10, 2018. All 3 supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting waspresided over by Mrs. Mao Chunhua, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The followingresolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:
I. Report on terminating the implementation of 2016 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan of theCompany and logouting the restricted stock.The Supervisory agreed to terminate the implementation of 2016 Restricted Stock Incentive Planof the Company,to repurchase and logout the total of 12,221,580 restricted shares that it hasgranted but have not yet unlocked, with a price of 3.892 yuan/share, and go through therepurchase and logout procedures.With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
