1.TreatmentofthreewastesandpreventionofnoisepollutionInthecourseofdevelopment,Topbandisconstantlyseekingnewmaterialsandnewprocessestoreduceenvironmentalpollution.Asforwastewater,theCompanyhasstartedaspecialimprovementplanforwastewatercontrol,reformedandupgradedtheexistingproductionprocess,greatlyreducedtheamountofwastewater,andtransferredthewastewatertoaqualifiedthirdpartycompanyforhazardouswastetreatmentforthepurposeoflegalandcomplianttransportationandcentralizedtreatment.Asforwastegas,Topbandhasadoptedthewastegascollectionandtreatmentsystem,sothattheexhaustgasisextractedtotheroofofthebuildingbythewastegastreatmentdevicefortreatment,andisdischargedafterthestandardisreached,andeveryyearaqualifiedthirdpartytestingcompanyisentrustedtotestthewastegasbeforeandaftertreatment,soastoensurethatthewastegastreatmentdeviceiseffective.Asforsolidwaste,duetothetechnicalrequirements,somehazardoussolidwastewillbegeneratedintheproduction.Suchwastewillbecollectedintoaspecialhazardouswasteroomanddisposedofbyanexternalqualifiedhazardouswastetreatmentinstitutiononaregularbasis.TheCompanycontinuouslyexploresnewmaterialsandequipmentandconstantlyimprovestheprocesstoreducetheamountofwaste.Asfornoise,theCompanychooseslownoiseequipment.Accordingtothenoisecharacteristicsofdifferentequipment,ittakesnoisereductionmeasures,suchasfoundationvibrationreduction,installationofmufflersorsoundinsulationcoversorindoorsoundinsulation,andplantingofnoisereducingplantsaroundtheplantareaandhigh-noiseworkshops.TheboundarynoisecomplieswiththeStandardfortheEmissionofEnvironmentalNoisewithintheBoundaryofIndustrialEnterprises(GB12348-2008).

2.AdministrativepermitforenvironmentalprotectionHuizhouTopbandintendstoconstruct"TopbandHuizhouSecondIndustrialParkProject"inDongjiangHigh-TechIndustrialPark,ZhongkaiHigh-TechZone.TheprojecthascompletedthefilingandenvironmentalassessmentproceduresandisintendedtobelocatedintheDN-02-16PlotofDongxingAreainDongjiangHigh-TechIndustrialPark.

3.EnergyconservationandenvironmentalprotectionprojectsApplicationofvariablefrequencytechnologytothecentralairconditioningsystem:Applicationandenergysavingofvariablefrequencyincirculatingwaterpumpsandaircabinets.Circulatingwaterpumps,aircabinetsandrefrigerationcompressorsareimportantpartsofthecentralairconditioningsystem,andtheirenergyconsumptioninthewholesystemaccountsforabout35%.TheCompanyappliesvariablefrequencytechnologytotheairconditioningsystem.Thepurposeofenergysavingcanbeachievedthroughtheadjustmentofvariablefrequencytechnology.Atthesametime,thecoolingcapacityandwaterflowcanbeadjustedwell,sothattheenergysavingeffectcanbeincreasedto28%,andtheannualelectricitysavingisabout370,000kWh.Solarphotovoltaicenergysavingproject:Solarpowergenerationisanemergingrenewableenergytechnology,andsolarphotovoltaicpowergenerationhasthecharacteristicsofmodularbatterymodules,convenientinstallationandmaintenance,flexibleusemode,etc.,andisthemostwidelyusedtechnologyofsolarpowergeneration.TheCompany'ssolarphotovoltaicpowergenerationcapacityinShenzhenandHuizhouParksis300KW,andtheannualpowergenerationcapacityis470,000kWh.

Wasteheatrecyclingandenergysavingofaircompressors:Anaircompressorproducesalotofwasteheatwhenitworks,whichismostlydischargedintotheairbytheradiatorandthecoolingfanorthecoolingtower,resultinginheatwaste.TheCompanyinstallsaheatrecoverymachineinthecompressedairsystemtoconvertandreusethewasteheatandprovidehotwaterresourcesforitsdormitories,whichcansaveabout176,000kWhofelectricityeveryyear.

4.ReducecarbonemissionsAsforthemonitoringofcarbonemissions,Topbandconductsinspectiononitsowneachyear,andengagesathird-partycertificationbodytoverifytheinspectionresults.In2019,theCompanystrictlyfollowedtheNoticeofShenzhenMunicipalBureauofEcologyandEnvironmentontheIssuanceoftheActualCarbonQuotaandActualCarbonEmissionofControlledEntitiesin2019,andtheactualcarbonemissionwas13,153tons,whichwas7,164tonslessthantheactualquota.
