ChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1TheInformationDisclosureManagementPolicy(hereinafterreferredtoas“thisManagementPolicy”)areenactedinaccordancewiththeCompanyLaw,theSecuritiesLaw,theAdministrativeMeasuresfortheDisclosureofInformationofListedCompanies,StockListingRulesofShenzhenStockExchange,theSelf-regulatorySupervisionGuidelinesforListedCompaniesofShenzhenStockExchangeNo.5–ManagementofInformationDisclosureandotherlawsandadministrativeregulations,aswellastheprovisionsoftheArticlesofAssociationsoftheCompany,forthepurposeofregulatingtheinformationdisclosuremadebyADAMALtd.(hereinafterreferredtoas“theCompany”)andotherinformationdisclosureobligors,strengtheningthemanagementofinformationdisclosuremattersandprotectingthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofinvestors.Article2The"informationdisclosureobligors"relevanttothisManagementPolicyreferstotheCompany,itsdirectorsoftheboard,seniorexecutives,shareholders,ultimatecontrollers,acquirers,aswellasnaturalpersons,entitiesandtheirrelatedpersonsinvolvedinmajorassetrestructuring,refinancingandmaterialtransactions,bankruptcyadministratorsandtheirmembersaswellasothersubjectswhohaveinformationdisclosureobligationsasstipulatedbylaws,administrativeregulationsandChinaSecuritiesRegulatoryCommittee(hereinafterabbreviatedas“CSRC”).Article3AninformationdisclosureobligorshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofthisManagementPolicywhenperformingtheinformationdisclosureobligation.WheretheCSRCprovidesotherwiseontheinformationdisclosureofinitialpublicofferingsandlistingofstocksandtheissuanceofsecuritiesbylistedcompanies,suchprovisionsshallprevail.Article4Aninformationdisclosureobligorshallperformitsinformationdisclosureobligationinatimelymannerinaccordancewiththelaw.Theinformationdisclosedshallbeauthentic,accurate,complete,concise,clearandeasytounderstand,andshallnotcontainanyfalserecord,misleadingstatementormaterialomission.Anyinformationdisclosedbyaninformationdisclosureobligorshallbedisclosedtoallinvestorsatthesametimeandshallnotbedisclosedtoanyentityorindividualinadvance.However,ifitisotherwiseprovidedforinanylaworadministrativeregulation,suchprovisionsshallprevail.
Priortothedisclosureofinsiderinformationinaccordancewiththelaw,anyinsiderwhohasaccesstoanyinsiderinformationoranypersonwhohasillegallyobtainedanyinsiderinformationmaynotpublicizeordivulgesuchinformationorconductanyinsidertradingbytakingadvantageofsuchinformation.Noentityorindividualmayillegallyrequireaninformationdisclosureobligortoprovideanyundisclosedinformationwhichshallbedisclosedinaccordancewiththelaw.Article5ThedirectorsoftheboardandseniorexecutivesoftheCompanyshallperformtheirdutiesfaithfullyanddiligently,andensurethattheinformationwillbedisclosedtruthfully,accurately,completely,fairlyandintime.Article6Inadditiontotheinformationthatshallbedisclosedinaccordancewiththelaw,aninformationdisclosureobligormayvoluntarilydiscloseinformationrelatedtothevaluejudgmentandinvestmentdecisionmadebytheinvestors,whichshallnotconflictwiththeinformationdisclosedinaccordancewiththelawandmaynotmisleadtheinvestors.Theinformationvoluntarilydisclosedbytheinformationdisclosureobligorshallbeauthentic,accurateandcomplete.Thevoluntaryinformationdisclosureshallbesubjecttotheprincipleoffairness,andthecontinuityandconsistencyoftheinformationdisclosureshallbekept.Noselectivedisclosureshallbemade.AninformationdisclosureobligorshallnotimproperlyaffectthetradingpricesoftheCompany'ssecuritiesaswellasthederivativesthereofbytakingadvantageoftheinformationvoluntarilydisclosed,orengageinanyillegalornon-compliantactionssuchasmarketmanipulationbytakingadvantageofthevoluntaryinformationdisclosure.Article7IftheCompanyanditsactualcontroller,shareholders,relatedparties,boarddirectors,seniorexecutives,acquirers,assettransactioncounterparties,bankruptcyrestructuringinvestorsandotherrelevantpartiesmakeanypubliccommitments,suchcommitmentsshallbetimelydisclosedandfullyimplemented.Article8Theinformationdisclosuredocumentsincludeperiodicandinterimreports,IPOprospectuses,fundraisingprospectuses,listingannouncements,acquisitionreports,etc.Article9Theinformationdisclosedinaccordancewiththelawshallbepublishedonthewebsiteofthestockexchangeandthemediathatmeetstheconditionsprescribed
bytheCSRC,andshallalsobesimultaneouslymadeavailableforpublicreferenceatboththeCompany’sdomicileandthestockexchange.ThefulltextoftheinformationdisclosuredocumentsshallbepresentedonthewebsitesofthestockexchangeandofthenewspaperandmagazinesthatmeettheconditionsprescribedbyCSRCinaccordancewiththelaw.Theabstractofperiodicreportsandacquisitionreports,etc.,shallalsobedisclosedonthewebsiteofthestockexchangeandonthenewspaperandmagazinesthatmeettheconditionsprescribedbyCSRC.NoinformationdisclosureobligormayreplacetheduereportingorannouncementobligationswithanyformssuchaspressconferenceorQ&Awithjournalistsorreplacethedueadhocreportingobligationswiththeformofperiodicreports.Article10TheinformationdisclosureobligorshallsubmitthemanuscriptoftheinformationdisclosureannouncementsandrelevantdocumentsforfuturereferencetotheProvincialBureauofCSRCinHubeiProvince.Article11TheinformationdisclosuredocumentsshallbeinChinese.Incaseofaversioninaforeignlanguageatthesametime,theinformationdisclosureobligorshallensurethatthecontentofthetwotextsisconsistent.Incaseofanydiscrepancybetweenthetwoversions,theChineseversionshallprevail.
ChapterIIDisclosureofPeriodicReportsArticle12TheperiodicreportsthattheCompanyshalldiscloseincludeannual,semi-annualreportsandbasedontherequirementoftheShenzhenStockExchange,quarterlyreports.Anyinformationthatmaysignificantlyaffectinvestorsinmakingvaluejudgmentsandinvestmentdecisionsshallbedisclosed.ThefinancialstatementsintheannualreportshallbeauditedbyanaccountingfirmthatcomplieswiththeprovisionsoftheSecuritiesLaw.Article13Theannualreportshallbecompletedanddisclosedwithinfour(4)monthsfromtheendofeachfiscalyear,thesemi-annualreportwithintwo(2)monthsfromtheendofthefirsthalfofeachfiscalyear,andquarterlyreportswithinonemonthfromtheendofthefirstthreemonthsandthefirstninemonthsofeachfiscalyear.
Article14Theannualreportshallcontainthefollowinginformation:
(I)BasicinformationoftheCompany(II)Mainaccountingdataandfinancialindicators(III)InformationonissuanceofCompany'ssharesandbondsandchangesthereto;thetotalamountofsharesandbondsandthetotalnumberofshareholdersattheendofthereportingperiod;aswellasinformationontheshareholdingoftheCompany'stopten(10)shareholders.(IV)Informationonshareholdersholdingfivepercent(5%)ormoreoftheshares,thecontrollingshareholdersandtheultimatecontrollers(V)Appointmentofdirectorsandseniorexecutives,theirchangesandannualremuneration(VI)Reportsoftheboardofdirectors(VII)Managementdiscussionandanalysis(VIII)MaterialeventsoccurringwithinthereportingperiodandtheirimpactontheCompany(IX)Fulltextoffinancialreportsandauditreports;and(X)OthermattersasstipulatedbytheCSRC.Article15Thesemi-annualreportshallcontainthefollowinginformation:
(I)BasicinformationoftheCompany(II)Mainaccountingdataandfinancialindicators(III)InformationonissuanceoftheCompany'ssharesandbondsandchangesthereto;thetotalnumberofshareholdersaswellasinformationontheshareholdingoftheCompany'stopten(10)shareholders;changesofcontrollingshareholderandultimatecontroller(IV)Managementdiscussionandanalysis(V)Materialeventsoccurringwithinthereportingperiod,suchasmateriallawsuitsandarbitrationsandtheirimpactontheCompany(VI)Financialreports;and
(VII)OthermattersasstipulatedbytheCSRC.Article16ThequarterlyreportshallcontaintheinformationrequiredbytheShenzhenStockExchange.Article17AllperiodicreportsshallbedeliberatedandapprovedbytheboardofdirectorsoftheCompany.Anyperiodicreportthathasnotbeendeliberatedandadoptedbytheboardofdirectorsshallnotbedisclosed.ThefinancialinformationpresentedinperiodicreportsshallbereviewedbytheAuditCommitteeandsubmittedtotheboardofdirectorsforconsiderationuponapprovalbyamajorityofallmembersoftheAuditCommittee.Incaseanyofthedirectorsareunabletoensurethetruthfulness,accuracyorcompletenessofanyperiodicreportorhaveanyobjections,theyshallvoteagainstorabstainfromvotingduringthedeliberationoftheboardofdirectors.IfanymemberoftheAuditCommitteeisunabletoensurethetruthfulness,accuracyorcompletenessofthefinancialinformationinanyperiodicreportorhasanyobjection,heorsheshallvoteagainstorabstainduringthereviewoftheperiodicreport.Theboardofdirectorsandseniorexecutivesshallsignwrittenconfirmationopinionsonperiodicreportsandstatewhetherthepreparationanddeliberationproceduresoftheboardofdirectorsareincompliancewiththelaws,administrativeregulationsandprovisionsoftheCSRCandwhetherthecontentsofthereportcantruthfully,accuratelyandcompletelyreflecttheactualsituationoftheCompany.Ifanyofthedirectorsandseniorexecutivesisunabletoensuretheauthenticity,accuracyorcompletenessofthecontentofanyperiodicreportorhasanyobjectionagainstthecontent,theyshallexpresstheiropinionsandstatetheirreasonsinwriting,andtheCompanyshalldisclosesuchopinions.IftheCompanyrefusestodoso,thedirectorsandseniorexecutivesmayapplyfordisclosuredirectly.Thedirectorsandseniorexecutivesshallfollowtheprincipleofprudenceinexpressingtheiropinionsinaccordancewiththeprecedingparagraph,andtheirresponsibilitytoensuretheauthenticity,accuracyandcompletenessofthecontentsofanyperiodicreportshallnotbeexemptedbythatveryact.Article18IftheCompanyforeseesalossoranysubstantialalterationofitsperformances,itshallmakeatimelypre-announcement.
Article19Ifthereisaleakoranyhearsayaboutthefinancialperformance,oranyabnormalfluctuationinthetradingofsecuritiesandderivativesoftheCompanybeforethedisclosureofitsperiodicreports,theCompanyshalldisclosethepreliminaryfinancialresultsinatimelymanner.Article20Ifanon-standardauditopinionisissuedonthefinancialreportsintheperiodicreport,theboardofdirectorsoftheCompanyshallmakeaspecialreportontherelateditems.
Chapter3DisclosureofInterimReportsArticle21WheretheoccurrenceofanymaterialeventislikelytohaveasignificantimpactonthetradingpriceoftheCompany'ssecuritiesanditsderivatives,andtheinvestorshaveyettobeinformed,theCompanyshallpromptlydiscloseitsoccurrenceandexplainthecause,thecurrentstatusandthelikelyeffect.Amaterialeventreferredtointheprecedingparagraphshallinclude:
(I)MaterialeventasstipulatedinParagraph2ofArticle80oftheSecurities

directororseniorexecutiveissubjecttocriminalpenalties,under
investigationoradministrativepenaltiesbytheCSRCduetosuspicionof
violatingthelaw,orsubjecttosignificantadministrativepenaltiesbyother
authoritiesentitledtodoso;(XVII)Thecontrollingshareholder,theultimatecontroller,directorsandsenior
executivesoftheCompanyaresuspectedofseriousdisciplinaryoffences
orduty-relatedcrimes,oraredetainedbythedisciplinaryinspectionand

(I)theboardofdirectorsformsaresolutiononthematerialevent;(II)thepartiesconcernedsignaletterofintentoragreementinrespectoftheevent;(III)thedirectorsorseniorexecutivesbecomeorshouldbecomeawareoftheoccurrenceofthematerialevent.Ifanyofthefollowingcircumstancesoccurspriortotheeventsmentionedintheprecedingparagraph,theCompanyshalltimelydisclosethestatusofallrelevantmattersandtheriskfactorsthatmayaffectthedevelopmentofthesignificantevent:

timelymanner.Article25IncaseamaterialeventasstipulatedinArticle21ofthisManagementPolicyoccursinanyoftheCompany'scontrolledsubsidiaries,whichmaysignificantlyaffectthetradingpriceofitssecuritiesandderivatives,itshallfulfillitsobligationofinformationdisclosure.IfaneventoccursinasubsidiaryinwhichtheCompanyholdsequityandmayresultinasignificantimpactonthetradingpriceoftheCompany’ssecuritiesandderivatives,itshallfulfillitsinformationdisclosureobligations.Article26Whereanyacquisition,merger,division,issuanceofshares,repurchaseofshares,etc.inwhichtheCompanyisinvolvedresultsinsignificantchangestoitstotalequity,shareholdersortheultimatecontroller,theinformationdisclosureobligorshallperformtheobligationtoreportandannouncetheequitychangesinaccordancewiththelaw.Article27TheCompanyshallkeeptrackonanyabnormaltradingofitssecuritiesandderivativesaswellasrelevantmediacoverage.IfanyabnormaltradingormediareportmaymateriallyaffectthetradingoftheCompany'ssecuritiesandderivatives,itshallpromptlyascertainthefactsfromrelevantparties,inquireinwritingandclarifyinpublicifnecessary.TheCompany'scontrollingshareholder,ultimatecontrollerandpartiesactinginconcertshalltimelyandaccuratelynotifytheCompanywhetherthereisanyproposedsharetransfer,assetrestructuringorothersignificanteventandcooperatewiththeCompanyinthedisclosureofinformation.Article28IfthetradingoftheCompany'ssecuritiesandderivativesisidentifiedasabnormaltradingbytheCSRCortheShenzhenstockexchange,itshalltimelyassesstheactorstriggeringtheabnormalfluctuationsintradinganddisclosetheminatimelymanner.
Chapter4ManagementoverInformationDisclosureAffairs
Section1ProceduresforInformationDisclosureArticle29Proceduresforthepreparation,deliberationanddisclosureofperiodic
reportsareasfollows:
(I)ThedivisionsoftheheadquarteroftheCompanyandeachsubsidiaryshall
providebasicinformationdiligently.TheCEO,theCFO,andthesecretaryoftheboardofdirectorsshallorganizeandleadtherelevantteamstodraftperiodicreportsinatimelymannerandsubmitthefinancialinformationcontainedintheperiodicreportstotheAuditCommitteeforreviewandtotheBoardofDirectorsfordeliberation.(II)Thechairmanoftheboardshallberesponsibleforconveningandchairing
themeetingoftheboardofdirectorstoreviewanddeliberatetheperiodicreports.(III)ThedirectorsandseniorexecutivesoftheCompanyshallsignawritten
confirmationregardingtheperiodicreports.(IV)Aftertheboardmeetingapprovestheperiodicreports,thesecretaryofthe
boardshallberesponsibleforarrangingtherelevantdepartmentsto
disclosetheperiodicreports.Article30Proceduresforthepreparation,deliberationanddisclosureofinterimreportsareasfollows:
(I)Whenthedirectorsandseniorexecutivesbecomeawareofamaterial
event,theyshallimmediatelyreporttothechairmanoftheboardand
informthesecretaryoftheboard.Headsofalldepartmentsand
subsidiariesoftheCompanyshallimmediatelynotifytheboardsecretary
uponbecomingawareoforpreparinganymaterialmatter,soastohelpto
promptlyassessifthedisclosureobligationshouldbefulfilled.The
secretaryoftheboardwillarrangeandcoordinatetherelevantpartiesof
theCompanytodraftthedisclosureoftheinterimreports.(II)Foreventsthatrequireresolutionoftheboardofdirectorsandthegeneral
meetingofshareholders,thesecretaryoftheboardshallarrangeand
coordinatetherelevantpartiesoftheCompanyprepareaninterimreport
basedontheinstructionsandresolutionsoftheboardofdirectorsandthe
generalmeetingofshareholders.
ForinformationdisclosureofanymaterialeventprescribedinArticle21
ofthisManagementPolicyandnotsubjecttotheapprovaloftheboardofdirectorsandthegeneralmeetingofshareholders,thesecretaryoftheboardshallarrangeandcoordinatetherelevantpartiesoftheCompanypreparethecorrespondinginterimreports.(III)Thedraftinterimreportshallbereviewedbythesecretaryoftheboardand
shallbeapprovedforreleasebythechairmanoftheboard(ortheCEOauthorizedbythechairmanoftheboard).(IV)Thesecretaryoftheboardshallsubmittheapprovedinterimreportstothe
ShenzhenStockExchangeinatimelymanner.Article31TheinformationdisclosedbytheCompanyshallbepublishedintheformoftheannouncementoftheboardofdirectors.Directorsandotherseniorexecutivesotherthanthesecretaryoftheboardshallnotreleaseundisclosedinformationtothepublicwithoutauthorizationinwritingbytheboardofdirectors.
Article32TheCompanyformulatesandimplementstheInvestorRelationsManagementPolicy,whichconstitutestheframeworkforinformationcommunicationbetweentheCompanyandinvestors,securitiesserviceproviders,medias,andotherrelevantparties.TheCompanyshallnotprovideinsiderinformationwhenitcommunicateswithanyentityorindividualregardingitsoperation,financialstatusandotherissuesthroughperformancepresentation,analysts’meeting,roadshowsorinvestors’inquiries.
Section2ResponsibilitiesofInformationDisclosureArticle33TheboardofdirectorsshallleadtheinformationdisclosureoftheCompanyandimplementtherulesstipulatedinthisManagementPolicy.
(I)Thechairmanoftheboardshallbetheprimarypersonresponsibleforthe
managementoverinformationdisclosureaffairsoftheCompany.(II)Thesecretaryoftheboardshallberesponsibleforthearrangementand
coordinationofinformationdisclosureaffairs.(III)Asthestandinginstitutionforinformationdisclosure,thedepartmentof
securitiesandlegalaffairs,ledbythesecretaryoftheboard,shall
specificallyhandlerelevantaffairs,contactswithinvestorsandshareholders,receivingvisitors,answeringinquiries,providinginvestorswithinformationpubliclydisclosedbytheCompanyandotherdailyfunctioningaffairs.OtherrelevantfunctionaldepartmentsoftheCompanyanditssubsidiariesshallcloselycooperatewiththedepartmentofsecuritiesandlegalaffairsandthesecretaryoftheboardofdirectorstoensurethatthedisclosureofinformationinalltheperiodicandinterimreportscanbecarriedoutinatimelymanner.Article34Theinformationdisclosureobligorholdstheresponsibilitytoprovidethematerialandinformationrequiredfortherelevantinformationdisclosuretothesecretaryoftheboardinatimelymanner.Article35ThedirectorsandseniorexecutivesoftheCompanyshalldiligentlyfulfilltheirduties,paycarefulattentiontothepreparationanddraftingofinformationdisclosuredocumentsandensurethatperiodicandinterimreportsaredisclosedwithintheprescribedperiod.Article36DirectorsoftheboardshallbeawareofandpaycontinuousattentiontothebusinessoperationandfinancialstatusoftheCompanyandanysignificanteventoftheCompanythathasoccurredormayoccuraswellastheimpactsandtaketheinitiativetoinvestigateandobtaintheinformationrequiredfordecision-making.Article37TheAuditCommitteeshallmonitortheCompany'sdirectorsandseniorexecutivesintheperformanceoftheirinformationdisclosureduties;payattentiontotheinformationdisclosure,andifidentifyinganyviolationofinformationdisclosureinvestigateandsuggestproperhandling.Article38SeniorexecutivesshallreporttotheboardofdirectorsinatimelymanneronsignificantissuesrelatedtothebusinessoperationorfinancialstatusoftheCompany,anydevelopmentoforchangesinadisclosedeventandotherrelevantinformation.Article39ThesecretaryoftheboardshallberesponsibleforcollectingtheinformationtobedisclosedbytheCompany,analyzingandjudginginformationsignificance.IfitisnecessarytofulfilltheobligationofinformationdisclosureinaccordancewithrelevantlawsandregulationsaswellasprovisionsofthisManagementPolicy,the
secretaryoftheboardshallreporttotheboardofdirectorsinatimelymannerandrequesttogothroughthecorrespondingproceduresanddisclosetothepublic.ThesecretaryoftheboardshallalsocontinuouslypayattentiontothemediacoverageontheCompanyandtaketheinitiativetoseekverification.Thesecretaryoftheboardhastherighttoattendthegeneralmeetingofshareholders,themeetingoftheboard,themeetingoftheAuditCommitteeandrelevantmeetingsoftheseniorexecutivestounderstandthefinancialandoperationalsituationoftheCompanyandconsultalldocumentsrelatedtoinformationdisclosurematters.ThesecretaryoftheboardisresponsibleforhandlingmattersrelatedtotheannouncementoftheCompany'sinformationtothepublic.TheCompanyshallfacilitatethesecretaryoftheboardtoperformone’sduties,andtheCFOshallcooperatewiththesecretaryoftheboardintheworkrelatedtofinancialinformationdisclosure.Article40Whenthefollowingeventsoccur,theshareholdersortheultimatecontrolleroftheCompanyshalltaketheinitiativetoinformtheboardofdirectorsandcooperatewiththeCompanyinfulfillingitsinformationdisclosureobligations:
(I)Asubstantialchangeintheshareholdingofashareholderwhoholdsfive
percent(5%)ormoreofthetotalequity,ortotheshareholdingproportionorcontrolovertheCompanyofthepersonineffectivecontrol,orasubstantialchangetotheultimatecontrollerandotherenterprisesunderone’scontrolwhichareengagedinthesameorsimilarbusinessastheCompany.(II)Acourtrulestoprohibitthetransferofsharesheldbythecontrolling
shareholder;orfivepercent(5%)ormoreofthetotalsharesoftheCompanyheldbyanyshareholderarepledged,frozen,judiciallyauctioned,entrusted,setupintrustorrestrictedinvotingrightsinaccordancewiththelaw;orthereisariskofforcedtransferofownership.(III)ProposedmajorassetorbusinessrestructuringoftheCompany.(IV)OthercircumstancesasprescribedbytheCSRC.Where,priortotheinformationdisclosureinaccordancewiththelaw,relevant
informationhasbeencirculatinginthemedia,orifthereareabnormaltradefluctuationsinthesecuritiesandderivativesoftheCompany,theshareholderortheultimatecontrollersshallsubmitatimelyandaccuratewrittenreporttotheCompanyandcooperatetomaketimelyandaccurateannouncementaccordingly.TheshareholdersorultimatecontrollersoftheCompanyshallneitherabusetheirrightsordominantpositionnorrequesttoprovidethemwithinsiderinformation.Article41WhentheCompanyissuessharestoqualifiedinvestors,itscontrollingshareholders,ultimatecontrollersandtherecipientshallproviderelevantinformationtotheCompanyinatimelymannerandcooperateinfulfillingitsinformationdisclosureobligations.Article42Thedirectors,seniorexecutives,shareholdersholdingfivepercent(5%)ormoreoftheshares,partiesactinginconcertandtheultimatecontrollershallsubmittotheboardofdirectorsalistofrelatedpartiesandindicatetheassociatedrelationshipsconcernedinatimelymanner.TheCompanyshallfulfillthedeliberationproceduresforrelated-partytransactionsandstrictlyimplementthevotingabstentionrulesinrelatedpartytransactions.ThepartiestothetransactionshallnotcircumventtheCompany'sprocedurestoreviewtherelated-partytransactionsandinformationdisclosureobligationsbyconcealingtheconnectedrelationshiporadoptingothermeans.Article43Ashareholderwhoholdsfivepercent(5%)ormoreofthetotalequityoftheCompanyorapersonineffectivecontrolbyacceptingacommissionortrustshallpromptlyinformtheCompanyofinformationabouttheprincipalandcooperatewiththeCompanyinfulfillingtheinformationdisclosureobligations.
Section3SuspensionandExemptionofInformationDisclosureArticle44IftheCompanyorotherinformationdisclosureobligorpossessesconclusiveandsufficientevidencedemonstratingthattheinformationproposedfordisclosureinvolvesnationalsecretsorothermatterswhosedisclosuremayresultinbreachesofnationalconfidentialityregulationsormanagementrequirements,suchdisclosureshallbeexemptedinaccordancewiththelaw.WhereinformationproposedfordisclosurebytheCompanyorotherinformationdisclosureobligorinvolvescommercialsecretsorconfidentialcommercial
