The r-PS pellets, benchmarked against the EU ROHS standards, are controlled for heavy metals, polybrominated compounds, and phthalate substances substances to ensure the environmentalattributes of the products. At the same time, combined with keyindicator parameters such as melt ow index, limiting oxygenindex, moisture content, paicle size and tensile strength, areaccurately connect downstream customers and enhance productadded value.

From front-end waste recycling to internal production and manufacturing, therecycled pellets can be traced, controlled and tracked through the entire process. The Company's laboratories and downstream application depaments built aninternal database together to eectively expand and accurately docking downstreamapplication market. The R&D team eectively improves the material's peormance indexes such astensile, bending, impact resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, weatherresistance and so on by lling, reinforcing, blending and other physical modicationmethods for thermoplastics such as PS, PE, PP, etc.

The r-PE pellets are produced through the following process ow.Removing metal impurities, crushing, rinsing, oating, soing,ding, melting, plasticizing, high-precision ltration, devolatilizationand exhaustiom, pelletizing, removing the low molecular weightof degradable plastics, modication etc.

The r-PET pellets are eectively dierentiated by grade based onintrinsic viscosity data, and are classied into food grade, bergrade and industrial grade by combining key indicator parameterssuch as melting point, cstallinity, moisture content , acetaldehydecontent, titanium content and others.

Through embossing, thermal transfer printing and other processes,we gradually expand the conventional small size wall panel to30, 60, 120 and other large product sizes. Larger panels give morespace for process design, meet the end-consumer aistic pursuitsbetter and install more ecient and convenient , the overall costcan be reduced by 15-20%.

The Company applies recycled PET to polyester ber sound-absorbing cotton innovatively, which is combined with MDF coatingstrip to make the product more decorative with sound absorptionfunction. In the second half of 2023, we developed DIY acousticpanels to meet the dierentiated needs of consumers, which werepopular with European and American consumers.

The Company innovated the combination of recycled wood plasticslats and injection lock base to expand the application directionof recycled HDPE, so that it not only has excellent durability andweather resistance, but also has a unique splicing design, whichmakes the installation fast and easy, and can meet the outdoorlandscape, leisure area, commercial space and multiple applicationscenarios.
