Xiamen Xiangyu Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangyu Group"), the controllingshareholder of the Company, plans to increase its holdings of the Company's shares throughthe Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system in a centralized bidding transaction within 3months from October 31, 2023, with the total incremental amount between RMB 150 million andRMB 200 million, and the bidding price no more than RMB 8 per share. Xiangyu Groupguarantees that Xiangyu Group and the persons acting in concert shall not reduce theirholdings of the Company's shares during the statutory period and the implementation of theshareholding increase plan.
