Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DEC), headquartered in Chengdu, SichuanProvince, is a large-scale enterprise held by Dongfang Electric Corporation. After more than 60 years ofdevelopment, DEC, following the enterprise spirit of “Pragmatism, Creation, Cohesion, and Aspiration”,has become one of the world’s manufacturers engaged in R&D of high-end energy equipment and oneof the ultra-large project contractors. 公司遵守国家环境保护法律法规与属地环保部门的政策规定,下属生产企业遵循相应的环境管理体系要求,动态识别重要环境因素,建立重点污染源清单,完善风险控制措施,设立节约能源与生态环境保护工作领导小组,部署、研究节约能源、生态环境保护方面的重大事项。

The Company complies with the national laws and regulations on environmental protection and local environmentalprotection policies and provisions. Its subordinate production enterprises comply with the corresponding environmentalmanagement system requirements, dynamically identify important environmental factors, establish a list of key pollutionsources, improve risk control measures, and set up a leading group for energy conservation and ecological environmentalprotection to formulate and study major issues concerning energy conservation and ecological and environmentalprotection.

公司按照ISO14001环境管理体系编制了《环境、职业健康安全应急准备和响应程序》,识别潜在事故或紧急情况,将突发环境事件纳入公司《生产安全事故综合预案》,如发生突发环境事件,分级启动公司应急准备和响应预案。

The Company has compiled the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Emergency Preparedness andResponse Procedures in accordance with ISO14001 to identify potential accidents or emergencies, and incorporateenvironmental emergencies into its Comprehensive Plan for Work Safety Accidents. In case of environmental emergencies,the company's emergency preparedness and response plan will be launched according to the event classication.
