Our annual revenue reached CNY205.018billion, with net prots attributable to shareholders of listed companiesof CNY29.017 billion, and tax contributions of approximately CNY17.6billion.We understand that the success of a company is not only reected inits economic benefits but also in its contributions to the environmentand society. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), asa concrete management tool for implementing the concept ofsustainable development at the corporate level, makes it an undeniableresponsibility for the company to carry out comprehensive and well-implemented ESG management and information disclosure. Hence,we have completed the compilation of our first ESG report, and wewelcome everyone to learn about the related actions Gree has taken inthe ESG area in recent years. In fact, before the publication of this ESG report, we had alreadyreleased social responsibility reports for seventeen consecutiveyears. Enterprises are builders of the nation, and every enterpriseshould become a healthy "cell" in society, actively taking on socialresponsibilities. The fate of enterprises is intertwined with that of thenation and humanity. Therefore, against the backdrop of global climatechange, as a responsible manufacturing company, we should contributeto the planet and the good life of people. In terms of the environment, we have always embraced the nationalsentiment of green development. As early as 2013, we proposed theslogan "For the Clearer Sky and Greener Earth", and integrated thisconcept into our innovation and production practices. Today, of Gree's44 internationally leading technologies, 41 are related to green energysaving. In the era of low carbon, Gree serves green development withour products, creating some of the most energy-e?cient products in the

global refrigeration industry. Gree's globally pioneering "Zero CarbonSource" PV energy-storage air-conditioning technology has won therst Chinese Patent Gold Award in the central air conditioning industryand received the highest award at the Global Refrigeration TechnologyInnovation Competition. This technology uses only one-fth the energyof traditional technologies, and can generate and supply power byitself, reducing carbon emissions by nearly 90%. From the perspectiveof saving on electricity costs, the investment cost can be recoupedwithin ve years. Currently, this technology serves 35 countries globally, saving an average of 14,300 kWh per project annually.

It incorporates a number oftechnologies such as automatic assembly, fastening, welding, pastingand testing, greatly improving the production e?ciency, promoting thelow-carbon and environmental protection in the production process, andaccelerating the transformation of green development.Socially, we develop home appliances around the needs of the peoplefor a better life. The General Secretary proposed that the people'saspirations for a better life are our goal. Now we can say that Greedevelops and manufactures whatever people need for a better life. Our"Windless Air Conditioner" solves the long-standing issue of discomfortcaused by direct cold air blowing from air conditioners, and it can alsosave 15% energy; we have produced a flower-level fresh-keepingrefrigerator, powered by -5°C cell-level fresh-keeping technology and-38°C deep freeze fresh-keeping technology, which not only preventsmeat from spoiling but also keeps flowers fresh for 20 days withoutwilting or discoloration, allowing consumers to enjoy a better life; wehave integrated air conditioner compressor technology into traditional
