In 2023, China overcame difficulties and challenges ineconomy. The spirit of the 20th National Congress of theCommunist Party of China took root and AIGC brought abouta whirlwind of technological innovation around the world.Arti?cial intelligence became a new ?eld that the world wascompeting for. Under the heavy pressure of market changesand financial constraints, the Company ended wonderfullywith new orders totaling RMB 6.034 billion and with anaggregate annualized amount of RMB 851 million. We builtthe ?rst "Urban Service Industry Alliance" in the industry, ledmore than 100 high-quality enterprises, associations, andchambers of commerce in Guangdong-Hong Kong-MacauGreater Bay Area to develop together, and created a "strongmagnetic field" for attracting investments. We acceleratedthe deployment of a new track for digital smart city services,established a digital smart city research institute, andpromoted the win-win alliance of "Chinese urban evolution".The Company bred vitality in di?culties, innovated thinkingunder changing situations, and paved a new path through?erce competitions!Take innovation as the rudder for advancement and aim atthe vast market. We insist on precisetalent selection, normal stock taking, classified reserve, periodictraining, and job rotation. Relying on the learning platform ofQiaoYin Academy, nearly 500 online and o?ine training sessionswere organized throughout the year, covering more than 22,000employees. Courses such as "old customers' new demand" andemotional management helped the employees broaden theircognition. The Company has issued incentive policies to encouragethe employees to actively verify and further study their academicqualifications, and gradually improve the team’s overallqualities. We have established a transparent promotion, rewardand punishment mechanism to crack down upon malpractices,and continuously inject high-quality fresh blood into the team.The Company continuously strengthens the talent echelonconstruction as well as the capacity for organizational cooperationand cooperation, to lay a solid talent foundation for its long-termstable operations.

We have established QiaoYin Charity Foundationthat focuses on multiple areas of people's livelihood such asenvironmental protection, fund donation in support of educationand care for the elderly, to alleviate concerns about people'slivelihoods through practical actions. The company is the ?rst inthe industry to announce the "Employee Maternity Welfare Plan",providing comprehensive maternity support for the employees,completely easing their worries during the childbirth processand setting an example for other enterprises. 2019The annual accepted contract amount exceededten billion. Included in the list of "2019 Top500 Enterprises of Guangdong Province", theCompany was selected as vice chairman of ChinaAssociation of Urban Sanitation. As chairmanand general manager of the Company, LiuShaoyun was elected as vice chairman of ChinaAssociation of Urban Sanitation as well. Thesewage treatment plant in Guangzhou FushanCircular Economy Industrial Park has been built.

2021The Company achieved swift development inthe business as "City Steward". In the currentyear, the total annual accepted contract amountincreased by RMB 19.038 billion, and the annualservice amount rose by RMB 1.418 billion, rankedthe top within the industry in both ?gures, andevaluated as "2021 China's Listed Company withthe Greatest Potential for Growth".

The Company was listed in Shenzhen StockExchange, where our shares became "the ?rstshares in the city of urban management". Inline with the trend of China's new urbanizationconstruction, the Company was renamed"QiaoYin City Management Co., Ltd."The industry took the lead in releasing the"City Steward" initiative for city management,explore services in depth, integrate publicspace and resources, and build a multi-sectorintelligent sanitation system.Guangzhou's ?rst water-land integration project- Guangzhou municipal sanitation integrationproject was formally put into operation.

In July 2023, QiaoYin Charity Foundation and Zhao Guangjun Life Hotline Association jointly performed the public welfare activitywith the theme of "Care for the Elderly and Travel Together for Charity", in order to further carry forward the traditional Chinese virtuesof "respecting, loving, respecting, and helping the elderly". More than 50 volunteers went to the community in Haizhu District to visitand console old Party members, the elderly living alone, the widowed and poor elderly, and disabled of 25 families. The Companywill continue to carry out public welfare activities such as caring for the elderly and vulnerable, and make unremitting e?orts to build aharmonious, beautiful home.

Donating Money to Promote Education and Bene?ting Students with LoveThe Company actively assists with rural revitalization and extends the achievements in poverty alleviation. In June 2023, QiaoYin CharityFoundation donated RMB 5 million to Enping Experimental Primary School in support of its construction, to vigorously drive developmentin local education. In April 2023, it donated RMB 200,000 to Simenqian Middle School in Shaoyang City, in order to further improve theteaching conditions of the school. As always, the Company has been organizing student aid activities, promoting rural revitalization,and helping more young people complete their studies and grow into pillars conducive to the construction of their hometown and thedevelopment of the country as soon as possible, so as to play more signi?cant roles in realizing common prosperity.

Supporting Study Tours on Environmental Protection and Low Carbon for the Concept ofEnvironmental Protection to Take Root in People's HeartIn November 2023, the Company received an environmental protection team - Xiangyang Squadron of Wende Road PrimarySchool to for a study tour, in order to improve the students' scienti?c, technological and cultural qualities and practical literacy. Wecarried out environmental protection and low carbon education through real-scene simulation, on-site experience and role playingin combination with science popularization. The tour guides and environmental protection science popularization explanationservices inspired the environmental protection team to pay attention to and think about environmental protection, and help thestudents acquire related knowledge.

Donating Clothes in Support of Tibet and Conveying WarmthIn December 2023, QiaoYin Charity Foundation entrusted Milin Middle School to distribute winter warm clothes (Tibetanclothes) worthy of RMB 50,000 to 250 students, in order to further support the student aid activities in Tibet. As headmasterand teacher of Milin Middle School in Linzhi City, Tibet Autonomous Region, Deji Zhuoga expressed heartfelt gratitude toQiaoYin Charity Foundation for its generous donation on behalf of the students.
