The Company is aware of the importance of risk management to the Company. To prevent and resolve variousrisks that may occur in the daily operation of the company in advance, Highpower Technology has formulated andcontinuously improved internal risk management and internal control system. The core of the system is 'Three lines ofdefense', which aims to improve the company's risk resistance ability in an all-round and multi-level way.
Through the close cooperation of these three lines of defense, we can effectively prevent and resolve all kinds ofrisks that may occur in the daily operation of the Company and improve the Company's risk management controlability and the ability to respond to emergencies. The safety management of hazardous chemicals is regarded as the top priority of enterprise safety management.For hazardous chemicals such as electrolyte (flammable and explosive) and alcohol, Highpower Technology hasestablished a rigorous chemical plan management process. Guided by theHazardous Chemicals ManagementSystem, we only select qualified suppliers for cooperation in the procurement process. After entering the factory,they are stored in a special storage place (such as explosion-proof cabinet) of the hazardous chemicals warehouse forsafety isolation, and special managers are arranged for management. Employees are required to follow the operationrequirements throughout the process. We will continue to strengthen the management of hazardous chemicals andcreate a safe and stable environment for the steady development of enterprises.In order to ensure that the company can quickly and e?ectively respond to production safety accidents, HighpowerTechnology attaches great importance to safety emergency management. We have cooperated with quali?ed thirdparty companies to jointly formulate emergency plans for production safety accidents, including theComprehensiveEmergency Plan, theSpecial Emergency Planand the On-site Emergency Plan. During the reporting period, in order to improve the emergency disposal level of chemical leakage andenhance the risk prevention awareness and self-help and mutual rescue capabilities of employees, theCompany organized and carried out emergency disposal drills of chemical leakage, focusing on thecoordination ability of commanders and the actual combat ability of emergency personnel. The drill coveredpersonnel involved in temporary storage management of chemicals and use of chemicals in the workshop,and there were no abnormal accidents during the drill.
